RAIDERS LEAD NFL IN TICKET REVENUE WITH $119 MILLION
DieHardFan replied to DieHardFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Is that still a thing, Grandpa, Just a lazy cut n'paste. -
" While the revenue amount was the most in the NFL, the number of Raiders tickets sold ranked 25th in the league. Allegiant Stadium is one of the NFL’s smallest venues at a capacity of 65,000; only Chicago’s Soldier Field (61,500) and Arizona’s State Farm Stadium (63,400) hold fewer fans. The Raiders were able to benefit from the buzz of the NFL’s arrival in Vegas through their ticketing strategy. The club held back blocks of single game tickets, and when prices skyrocketed on the secondary market, the Raiders captured some of that upside through dynamic pricing with their remaining ticket inventory." Probably bought them from a ST holder after playoffs were probable or certain. I have good seats and made a little selling them but learned from the 90's not to buy any extra nosebleeds. Bills fans talk like they want playoff tickets but aren't willing to shell out the cash. Look at what tickets actually went for, for the NE game. Many were below cost.
-
Understood. Did they tell you DIRECTLY that they are getting kickbacks from the Bills or is it speculation on your part?
-
Is this a know fact or speculation. I suspect these agencies bought the tickets before the Bill's ticket policy changes. They currently track how many games you attended and how many of your group of tickets are sold/ transferred and based on that data will refuse to sell current holders additional STs. They are no doubt following this post closely and will use the public information to adapt their policies to their benefit.
-
Key question for me is whether the PSLs will be sold to current STHs on a senority basis like the last time they revamped the stadium or will present day greed set aside the best ones for pegula family, friends, and corporate cronies?

Here's hoping a byproduct of the stupidity gene is a resistance to a severe case of covid.
-
IM(never)HO the key to the game will be #17's mindset. Win yesterday made a great roadtrip but very concerned about the 2 stupid interceptions and the unnecessary runs. Use your legs when the score dictates but don't risk injury (and the season) by cowboy {yippee ki yo vs dallas type) heroics when the game is firmly in hand. Confidence is good but smart play wins games.

RE: Anyone have contact with the pinto crew that can confirm any of their plans? Hopefully you made the Sat event at TAGS so this is redundant but Pinto Ron was in attendance and is part of the @BillsBackersKC event.

I'm also going to game. Have had flight for a while (arrive Sat pm and leave Wed am) but finalizing room and transportation. See reasonable places near Plaza/P&L areas. Need a single ticket; extra with some Bills fans would be nice but last minute TM usually treats me well. From this theads history not hlding my breath for an answer but wondering if it's better to pay shuttles to airport and local transportation (bus or trolly I see mentioned if reliable, or dependable, reasonable ubers) or rent car. Also looking for Bills bar/tailgate if they exist.

Divisional game - who has bought tickets?
DieHardFan replied to Just Jack's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That's that's way it worked for me. For 10am on 1/1 sat in the crazy queue from about 9:45and at 10 am was not in. Logged out/in until I was sent to ticket choosin page. Took until 10:05 or so until I could but I think that was the 1st slot of the day so they may have had start-up delay. Warning: At my time MANY (>30%) of sections INDICATED they had 4 pods but only 2 pods showed up when going to the seat level. Try several 4's and if no luck grab the best 2 you can. They go fast.. -

You are not alone, have used TM for multiple events (including Crossroads) and it was NEVER necessary to load into a "wallet". I detest apple and refuse to use googlepay (looked at app and it comes up in playstore as outdated????). When I talked to BB tix office they said you could use the barcode in the bills mobile app.(it shows up as a conventional barcode with a blue constant scan bar). We'll see how that works. Hopefully they will reload it to your phone. For all their "great" security when I showed up for the covid test they scanned my barcode at the entrance and was asked for my name and given my birthday to confirm and was never asked for any ID. Anyone who looked my age could have taken the test. Also looking for a receipt for my covid test so I can turn it in to my insurance company. Got blank stares at the site and a lot of Uhhhs on the phone. Are we the only two bothered by this. Totally Unacceptable IMO. -

UhHuh, My rep (and the main line with the "generic" reps) decided to sleep in at 10am on New Years while I was frantically trying to figure out why there were numerous 4 pods listed at the the Section level but none at the Seat level. Finally took a 2 pod 25 minutes later to insure I at least got something. And be grateful that you have an apple phone; for the 1st time ever using ticketmaster I had to enable a google account on my phone and still haven't got that Bills app to work with it. Thanks for passing on the info (hope your rep is correct and doesn't get in trouble for passing it on) but is there a reason they don't just post the information so it is in writing and available to everyone? Hopefully I can get an answer on Thu after I take my 3 hr ride to OP to get my CoVid test. I'd mention who is responsible for that but mr buffalobill would probably kill this comment for being p o l i t i c a l. God Bless the players and coaching staff. They make this bs worth tolerating. -
Aight....who's got tickets?

Don't doubt it is true but when at my slot 10:00a today they indicated numerous 4 pods available at the Section viewing level but when zoomed in to the Seat view there were none to be found. Glad you got a response from your rep because mine is not responding.
