McD could have chosen the wind direction as well to start the second half. He didn’t thus why the Pats had the wind in the 4th quarter. But Mcd DID have the ability to assure they had the wind to end the game.

For a skill Position I agree, but a lineman? Hell I know one lineman (Mankins) played 8 games on a partially torn ACL and MCL. I honestly don’t see how a toe keeps you out of an important game?

Makes sense though. They need to see if the rookie has anything to build off of and grow.. if not they need to draft a QB in the first round.

I’d be worried if you had Tre White. You don’t like I said you needed 10 in the box stop the run.. the next matchup will be a shootout.

They were idiots! Of course they were excited especially if they were a nail biter like Monday night. Sadly my teams fan base is filled with well overly privileged fans who don’t remember the early 90’s or the late 80’s.

They averaged 3.5 yards a carry.. you had 9-10 guys in the box.. Again in regular weather you couldn’t do that and if you did Borne and Henry amongst others would burn you. Again your D did NOT do a good job stopping the run when you realize they needed 9-10 guys keep it at 3.5 yards a carry.. in normal weather the Pats score every drive (unless of course someone drops a pass or fumbles etc) your D doesn’t scare me or any team with a run game and a QB able make accurate throws. the next game probably is a shootout.

Hey it’s a mulligan for boneheaded plays since both teams had one.. difference was .. one was a gift at the opposing 15 yard line the other a Gift in their own 40. My point is, I’m not going be afraid of the Bills D in normal weather. You couldn’t really stop the run game with 10 and if the Pats are passing you can’t put that many in the box.. So as I have said I expect a shootout in Foxborough.

Well was making the point since he made it seem like “well it’s only 11” when in fact it’s pretty impressive when they only had 19 passing yards.. that and for some reason he thinks a team gettin 3.5 yards a carry over 45 Carrie’s is good D. (That’s taking out the one long run TD)that’s horrid D, especially with 9 to 10 in the box constantly..

I don’t think the word GIFTED means what you think it means… every thing you mentioned was a player in the game not a bad call adding 15 yards for no good reason.. we relied it out because they only threw 3 times and our top RB Went down early in the 3rd quarter.

Be honest I couldn’t tell you where Mac Jones landed. You could be right or wrong… there wasn’t a camera angle show anything. Unlike Allen leaping and trying for the 1st (which he should) and getting lightly tapped out of bounds.

I love the optimism.. I will say this if they get down early by a couple scores.. the game will get ugly, and I see the Bills doing stupid undisciplined things.. I could be wrong but that’s what I THINK will happen.

They outgained Buffalo and only threw 3 times and still OUTGAINED Buffalo. The Bills D played well but when they needed a stop (3rd wettest into 4th) they gave up the longest drive of the game .. all runs and gave up the chip shot FG make it 14-10. Buffalo was GIFTED a TD by Harry being Harry and being to dumb get away from the punted ball. They were gifted their FG as they got the questionable call for Personal foul for hitting him out of bounds. (Meanwhile Allen himself thought he was inbound and stretching) The Bills never forced the Pats to pass, when it got close the Pats pounded the ball down the field for a score. Harris had 10 Carrie’s for 111 yards early in the 3rd when he got injured. At the point of his injury the Pats had gone for a. TD and FG. They then had to rely on a rookie to carry the load. Any rematch will be a shootout.

He isn’t the best in the league, this year Brady and the Cardinals WB (name escapes me) have been the top two.. he is top 3 but top 4 when Mahomes is playing like Mahomes. Monday wasn’t on Allen, that was definitely on drops by receivers and a pretty meh game plan for 3 qrtrs.. (why wouldn’t you go heavy pass WITH the wind in the 3rd?)

Oh the refs can be horrid at times.. and yes I saw many a favorable call during the Brady/BB years.. But I bet the Bills are now getting their fair share of favorable calls too. (I don’t see a ton of their games but even Monday they got a few close to questionable calls)

Except it was the right call. People forget that. It was a God awful rule! But the ref got the call right.

It’s not a team thing, it’s a resume thing. Why Mahomes gets the calls now just like Brady and Rogers.

I was shocked there wasn’t a flag for him pushing off Phillips to try get open, Phillips did a good job to stay close and knock it away.

Umm he didn’t drop it, it was actually broken up by Phillips. (It was obvious when they showed the closeup) Also he didn’t string arm the Pat defender he back tracked faster and he missed him.. also Knox was covered.

That was a difficult catch, the ball was moving all over the place.

Brady will take what you give him. If he thinks he can run over you he will. If you go heavy box he will go over the top… You had no chance in the Indy game! That was a blowout from beginning to end.. On Monday night a team only ran the ball on you and bet your team.. so you think your luck be better when your D can’t put 10 in the box to stop the run? point is your O is dang good but your D has holes good teams will exploit, especially now with Tre out.

Solid running game? That’s not true. He rarely had a run game the last 10 years on the Pats. He also made his Oline look good because he throws the ball in 2 seconds. Allen is good enough win a SB I agree.

The Pats will hang 30+ as well on the Bills D. They averaged almost 5 yards a carry WITHOUT ever throwing the ball.
