  1. This is the biggest sack of shite post I’ve ever seen. Get lost, dude.
  2. COMPLETE loser talk. If we don't trade they're finding another partner, and they gave Beane what he wanted.
  3. Sorry, you're right. We have four 5ths. My mistake.
  4. Beane gained 124 spots in draft position to give up 5. The Bills now have two 2nds, a 3rd, and four (!!!) 4ths. That’s a win. Who gives a @#$% what the Chefs do?
  5. My overly simplistic analysis of Beane’s moves is that he moved down 5 spots to pick up 124. Seems like a pretty good deal if he wasn’t sold on picking in the 1st round. If the Bills keep their picks we’re getting two in the 2nd, a 3rd, a 4th, and then four in the 5th. (edited to correct remaining picks)
  6. Congrats to the 36 of you who correctly predicted a move back!
  7. Dave beat me to it, but the truth is that Beane has never drafted a receiver higher than the 4th round so how can anyone say he can't evaluate them! That Shakir kid looks ok...
  8. Fans tend to be more "afraid" of giving up draft capital than good GMs. I think Beane strikes the right balance between being aggressive to go get the guy you believe in early, but then letting the later rounds come to him based upon his scouts and board.
  9. I'm sure they will sort that out once Lindy analyzes the roster and tells Adams what he needs...
  10. The “H-town” stuff is so NBA; don’t like it at all. I do like the red helmet and bull horn logo…
  11. This isn’t the 80s. You can have grit without needing to be a “fighting” team.
  12. No, they're not. They should have been in the playoffs this season; the roster is loaded with young talent and the farm system is excellent. They need structure, discipline, and the experienced leadership of someone who knows how to get them where they want to go. If you know Brindamour isn't leaving Carolina you are hard pressed to find a better hire for this team at this time...
  13. Interesting. I think the ONLY time it makes sense to make that kind of a move for a WR is if you already have a franchise QB...which of course the Bills do. You get the stud receiver "on the cheap" for at least three years...then rinse, wash, repeat. I think I'd be down with it.
  14. Vote for your prediction and explain why...let's see how many of us get it right.
  15. I dunno…you can make an argument the Sabres could/should have won two Cups with Lindy, and his overall playoff record is over .500. Is he an “exciting” hire around the league? Probably not. But I really do think he’s the perfect guy for this job at this time, and I absolutely believe players will buy in to his message.
  16. Which should be the number one goal. They desperately needed a coach with legitimate NHL experience to instill the structure and discipline required to compete over a full 82-game season and not just in spurts. There is no excuse for a team with this talent to miss the playoffs. Under Granato they were undisciplined defensively and horrendous on special teams. And judging by Mittelstadt’s comments after leaving practices were a breeze. I don’t know if Ruff is more than a one-year answer but I doubt there is a guy out there who wants to win in Buffalo more than he does.
  17. Close the thread. We have a winner. 👍🏻
  18. That "sleeve cap" looks like a sleepy eagle. Meh.
  19. Certainly not in your case. 😉 It really is a shame that you have to explain something that is so plainly obvious…but thanks.
  20. You know what? I am a super fan. I’m glad you recognize it! 👍🏻
  21. You mean the long time STH who benefited from the greatest deal in the history of professional sports for decades? Those STH? Cry me a river, buddy.
  22. Thanks for letting us know.
  23. When you post your opinion as "fact" you're going to get some eyerolls.
