  1. sure - who do you want to bring in? Cutler's certainly asserting himself over in Miami... Guy should be the starter til we're out of it.
  2. I don't go to the kid til we're out of it. Team still believes in Tyrod, and as long as you're in it he's probably the guy.
  3. we weren't getting a ton of pressure, if you bring extra rushers then you're less likely to have help
  4. Bad penalties by our line, bad sacks by everyone, bad receivers... just a bad offense. Doesn’t get better with a rookie qb He was A problem...
  5. 3rd and 15 after shady tried to bounce another outside and got smashed
  6. How many negative runs did shady have today..? Absolute drive killers.
  7. I mean - watching the game those numbers seem ridiculously high. They couldn't move the ball until the 4th quarter. Seemed like they were punting constantly, and couldn't convert 3rd downs all game. I still think they lose that game if he makes all 3 FGs btw.... no way the play calling stays as vanilla in Tampa territory if they aren't leading.
  8. to be fair - they checked down and punted and he was wide open on the left side of the field for the TD. Also they were playing a division rival so things are generally more heated.
  9. Brady still looks really good, and we play them at the end of the year when they're likely to be rolling along. I thought they got a little too cute in the red zone against the bucs, and took their foot off the gas. Also felt that their O-line didn't have a very good game.
  10. Winston looks crappy
  11. This game, Oak at home, Indy at home, and LA on the road - are the 4 biggest non-division games remaining. If we can win 3 of those and 3 in the division that'd get us 9. Win 1 of NO, TB, KC, NE1, NE2 and we'd be at 10. The AFC games though would be huge for tiebreakers at 9-7/10-6, and we'd have a 4-2 divisional record. It's not a "must-win" week, but I'd lose a lot of confidence the remainder of the year if we couldn't pull this one down. I also feel like we have to beat NE once to make it this year... just feels like its gotta happen.
  12. Why is everyone so sensitive now? He's a football player... not the POTUS. Why does it matter?
  13. Shaq has looked pretty solid IMO... and Yarbrough really brings it off the bench. I'm more concerned about LB depth than DE depth tbh.
  14. Can trade next year (for nothing) or cut in 2019.
  15. Agreed - except for me i wake up on sundays at like 9-930 and its nice to have something on TV. It's like that in Florida too. Nobody cares about sports.
  16. Hard to tell... I think he could rotate in and help on that stunt, but it didn't really matter since Tyrod was already on his ass. Cog did a good job creating a pocket, but Wood's guy collapsed it so there was no where to step.
  17. I dunno - throwing the ball what 50 yards down the field... it has a low completion percentage for a reason. Every QB misses throws like that from time to time. You also miss 100% of the shots you don't take, so at least they're shooting for it on occasion.
  18. My thing about buffalo and its surrounding areas... When I go to a bar, like everyone feels like the local pub. I can talk to strangers, bartenders, whatever, and everyone's pretty cool. Try that in most other places and people are weirded out.
  19. He didnt get to practice with the team for 4 weeks... can't help a WR with being familiar.
  20. This wasn't funny the first time... but keep reaching
  21. We wouldn't still have him - we'd have someone other than haushka. Carp was 5-11 on FGs longer than 40, missed 5 XPs, and was one of worst kickoff kickers in the NFL when we didn't carry a 2nd kicker.
  22. I guess there's now a chance that they won't even let you call the 2nd one - http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2016/07/11/understanding-the-rules-on-consecutive-time-outs/
  23. Clearly carr was affected by the pain pills/injections...
