    If the above two narratives were to be taken at face value, then so should the Bills losing a lot of veterans (even if they did not contribute to the team over the 2nd half of the season). Losing Diggs, Davis, Morse, White, Poyer, Hyde and replacing them with unknowns would definitely raise doubts..

    Will our current scheme of leaving the middle of the field open and keeping everything in front (Safeties are 10 yards away from LoS) work against Lamar. He will keep running until they decide not to do it. Also, the Ravens have two extremely good TEs. The Bills will have a different type of monster to deal with in Baltimore.

    The Bills philosophy is to keep everything in front of them and then tighten things when opponents are in the Red Zone. I think they need good tacklers and the Bills defense did just that yesterday night.

    He needs to stop doing those flips in the end zone...he is going to hurt his shoulder. It was nice to do that once or twice...not for every TD.

    But what has "not paying a RB on second contract" got to do with trading one of your best players for a day 2 pick. Cook si available to this team for four seasons and he will play those seasons out and will get a 2nd rich contract from a team that can afford to pay him.

    The focal point of this offense today is running the football and running it well. Cook/Johnson/Davis have done an outstanding job in the two games.
