  1. Can I use this too?? It's too cool Yes, Maybin was a better player than those you list above, no doubt. The problem was that the Bills took him at #11. Was this Aaron's fault? Of course not. The thing is (in my opinion) the Maybin selection was emblematic of exactly what is wrong with this team.
  2. Yep, I agree with this. Something wrong there
  3. I LOVE this logic. Would have never thought of that until reading this board about Whitner. Not my fault I was drafted this high.....classic. Using this, no player is ever a flop, just drafted too high Brutally bad call by the ref
  4. Everyone quotes stats to justify him. Watch the game, he doesn't have IT
  5. Proof you can be at work doing whatever, eating lunch, and posting too. Somehow I posted Buddy instead of Rob R
  6. Lets see: Dallas with BR last year 19th. This year 32nd New Orleans last year 32nd. With BR this year 4th
  7. How is the Dallas D without him this year? Uh....AWFUL
  8. OMG!! Someone did something stupid in college. Glad no one else ever has
  9. Somebody else posted in one of the other hundred of Byrd threads.............. in free agency, you don't have to be the best in the league, just the best available in free agency
  10. I did too so I looked it up. I guess they can sign him to $7m for 2015 but have to commit this year http://www.buffalorumblings.com/2013/12/31/5257982/buffalo-bills-have-option-to-add-fifth-year-to-marcell-dareus-contract
  11. No reason to sign him now, play thru 2014 and see what you have. Bills have an option on him for 2015
  12. Modrak leaves the draft room after the first round
  13. No looks like Rosanne Barrs sister
  14. Nice catch by Da Rick
  15. Luck sure don't look like P Manning
  16. So much for a "game manager" Loving this game
  17. #1 Ironically could have signed him last year 5 years $42 & $25. Contracts go up every year #2 could be cheaper than a long term contract #3 I see a lot of people are for this. I can't see why a team would give up a high pick (they could use on a safety) AND take on a huge cap hit. Doesn't make sense
  18. They are throwing a party for Gilbride. Buddy Ryan says he will throw the first punch
  19. I think you can offer JB whatever you want, but if it isn't the TOP safety money in the game he is not signing. It is that simple. The irony is that with salaries always inflating each year, it may cost MORE this year to sign him to a long term deal than if one was struck a year ago
  20. I didn't know Hansen was on there. No he shouldn't be. I agree on Schobel, before even considering K Williams Bennett made a lot Pro Bowls, and was an impact player similar but not as good as LT. Still I wonder why he never comes up in HOF voting. 5 Pro Bowls, 3 time All Pro and 2 time AFC Defensive Player of the Year. That is a hell of a list Maybe the same for Ruben Brown. 9 Pro Bowls, 4 time All Pro
  21. But FJ didn't. Can't justify WOF with if's, and's, but's, coulda, shoulda, woulda It is the Wall of Fame. Not the Wall of very good. I like and respect FJ's career, but NO
  22. Put FJ right between Jacques Plante and Tim Horton
  23. Agree 100%. Got to get him in space. Use him like Thurman was. Line up in backfield and shift to the slot or EFFECTIVE screens
