Right. They did go after those people and many were prosecuted. So this witch hunt narrative and political persecution angle isn't very compelling. One thing that bridges the aisle really quickly is f@#$ing with the seat of political power. And no, destroying property and entering the capitol building to effect the results of an election are not the same thing.

Why do the gays love the dems so much ?

If you're going to try and pull off this whole condescending bit, you have to execute. You can't call someone a sheep and then ***** up shepherd if you want to have any credibility. QAnon, Podesta, PizzaGate, Wikileaks, the Clinton's abducting children in Haiti and arming school teachers are anything but progressive talking points. Neither are they identity politics. Throw in virtue signaling and I would have hit BINGO on this post. -
Yes. I would suggest trying this phrase "Where is Steve?" in place of "Where is that squatty latin looking guy who talks like a *****?" Obviously this a joke, but the point stands. I can't think of any situations where you need to describe your coworkers like a police APB in an active pursuit. What they are wearing would help in these cases. Species is not an obvious identifier in my workplace.

I was surprised to see the participants referred to as rioters multiple times today. Even violent idiots. For the past 18 months we have witnessed people do everything they can to minimize the actions of the participants on Jan 6. PPP has often referred to the event as a rowdy self-guided tour through the nation's capitol. Now that charges have been filed for select individuals, yesterday's chest thumping about no charges filed has turned into more cries about the corrupt justice system. The same justice system that was celebrated when Trump was not found guilty of any collusion. The same justice system that was condemned for failing to convict Sussman. Seems like the criticisms are a little outcome based?

I don't think using a preferred pronoun is much harder than getting someone's name correct. I also find I have no need for referring to people by their gender or their sexuality in a typical conversation. Names suffice. I can recall zero times where I was admonished or even politely corrected for getting someone's pronouns wrong and I can't recall an instance where I have witnessed such an encounter with other parties. I think if you make an earnest effort to be a decent person you probably don't have much to worry about and any microaggressions, perceived or otherwise, will be forgiven. Perhaps your truth and experiences are different. I recall many instances where I have observed someone squirm in visible discomfort at insensitive or downright offensive comments made on the topic of race, sexuality, and gender in public and in the workplace. Nothing else happened other than that individual was made to feel that they didn't belong. There were no public shamings or cancelations in these cases. If calling someone a rhinoceros makes them feel like part of the team at work its not much effort on my part. Definitely not as much effort as arguing with HR that they are in fact a humanoid species with two X chromosomes and it is my right to call them a ***** sapien woman in all communication. The biggest inconvenience in my life from all of this is that I have unwillingly found myself on the receiving end of long winded rants about pronouns in email footers and on LinkedIn and how the whole world is going to hell because of it as if I haven't heard the same tired screed a hundred times before.

You think any reply to your posts is an attack and respond in kind. You are highly confused. For vapid conspiracy nonsense, please check in with 95% of the content posted in this forum and direct your anger there. You're in the wrong place if conspiracy theories and general nonsense upsets you this much. Now to my original post. Be PPP. Rage about CRT in schools 24/7, the evil educational system indoctrinating children with LGBTQ propaganda as a means to convert them, and the liberal pedo conspiracy du jour (pizzagate, adenochrome, Clinton, Wikileaks, Podesta, etc.). Years and years of this discussion has taken place here. Also be PPP and pound the table for arming our teachers and turning schools into fortresses without a second thought about consistency or peak irony. Its comical, and that was my commentary. Now I dont know if you fit into that group of people who hold wildly inconsistent views and wasn't accusing you of belonging to that group. Yet you took such offense. -

Are you always this defensive? And when you are do you usually get this woke? -

You're awfully sensitive. You don't think its interesting that the same people who believe teachers are pedos who are indoctrinating children with CRT and trans propaganda also want them carrying weapons in schools? -

Why the ***** would anyone move to Brownsville? Hate to burst your bubble, but the one time every 25 years south texas gets snow, Brownsville gets it. Pick Houston like a normal person.
