  1. Typical overreaction by some here. We’re going to need every one of our dbs to contribute this year. Losing him and having an injury pop up to another cb will definitely hurt us.
  2. The more I see him, the more I like what I see.
  3. Broussard is a Stephan A-hole Smith wannabe. It’s pretty sad when you suck at it. He’s a joke. As to the Bills, you don’t go through all they went through without leadership. Death, two near deaths, having to get to the stadium via snowmobiles, 3 road games in 12 days (all wins). All that and still ended the season on an eight game winning streak before the Cincy loss. He’s FOS.
  4. Surprised you had to ask this question. We have a poster who is as smart as Einstein who swears the Bengals are better. It’s the Bengals. Duh.
  5. I agree. I think he would be a better fit for them. I will say, our staff does a really good job of coaching up dbs, especially late round picks. They can do the same with Elam. To trade a player after 1 season is just plain dumb. A lot of emotional GMs here. We have a very deep and talented cb group and that includes Elam.
  6. Why do folks here sound concerned about LB? We don’t need any help at LB. Don’t forget, we got rid of Edmunds. Addition by subtraction, right? 😂😂
  7. Why, just why?!? That’s not how it works. Oh, anything to put down our regime. What a joke a post.
  8. And then? That’s a helluva plan. Beane better be on the lookout. You’re obviously ready to be our new GM.
  9. No. You asked a question. I answered your question, correctly. Stop, it ain’t working here.
  10. There are more tough catches by Davis. Just a dumb post. Like I wrote earlier, complainers in mid-season form. Not unexpected by some here. Actually surprised you started so early. Hey, when in Rome…
  11. Complainers in mid-season form. Nice.
  12. Calling a draft complete crap after one season is complete crap.
  13. The op did ask IF Benford wins it.
  14. Back atcha. It was a joke. Maybe I should have included a smiley face. My bad. 😂 Go Bills!!
  15. So, one fat ass complaining about another fat ass?!? Brilliant!!
  16. No kidding. buffaloboyinATL seemed to question Lance’s ability to run Shanahan’s offense because “it may require a more cerebral QB, like Purdy and Darnold, to run it effectively.” You responded with the following: “Then Lynch and Shanahan should have know this before giving up so much to draft him. “ All I did was mention they did their homework with regard to Lance being as cerebral or not as Purdy or Darnold. Part of that evaluation is Wonderlic, along with other testing and from what I’ve read, Lance is on par with Purdy when it comes to the cerebral part of his game. Never said/implied it would lead to success in the NFL for Lance or anyone with a good wonderlic test score. Maybe you missed my point because my post was poorly worded. Everyone knows wonderlic is not the determining factor in whether a person can play QB and be successful. Right?
  17. They did their research in that regard. Lance scored a 40 on his wonderlic exam and ranks close to Purdy in other cognitive tests. I’m not how the person you replied to even had that thought.
  18. Miami has improved ,but still behind us. It’s a long season and we are the deeper team. Injuries will happen. The way they jump us is a Josh injury. My bigger gripe is the NFL Network has SF ahead of us in power rankings. They have maybe 3 average qbs on that roster. Fluke season aside(Tampa with Brad Johnson and a couple more examples), SF will not make to the SB, much less win a SB with that QB situation. JMO.
  19. I think McDermott and Beane have enough film on this guy at AZ to determine we don’t need or have room for him. I was so-so on the Bernard pick, but I’d rather give him a shot vs Simmons. Benard was a rookie last year and IMO should be given time to develop over someone who showed nothing in four years, to the point he was traded for a bag of oranges. To Beane’s credit, we are to the point where someone else’s trash is not our treasure. We are so much better than that. We’re too deep and talented for stuff like this. We’re going to have to make cuts on players that will probably play elsewhere. Tough decisions coming up, but not brining in this bust was an easy decision to make. A waste of valuable time.
  20. This Josh is superhuman stuff is so crazy. He’s part of the reason we haven’t made it to a sb yet with this regime. Where was that superhuman play vs the Bengals? He is human, not super.
  21. Thank you. That’s what this particular group does. A lot. He didn’t play the whole game. Where’s this once a qt coming if he didn’t play the whole game!?! Sorry, but it reads as confirmation bias . At least let him play a full 4 qts before saying one bad mistake a qt.
  22. #4. What’s this “we” stuff about? You’re grouping all of us into the negative Nancy crowd. I guess that’s who this thread is for? Bravo to you for letting that group know how much they overreact and are wrong. #7. A Josh Allen critique!?!? WTF!?! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I read that. Again, bravo to you for letting that same group know Josh is not immune to mistakes AND you shouldn’t look for excuses for him. That’s a common theme here. Bravo! 👏
  23. It was Kmart. If we’re going to be jerks, pile on to Beane AND act like we know better, at least know what you’re talking about when trying to be clever.
