  1. I don't have a dog in this fight, but I don't see how anyone can say this was intentional if you watch this angle. Please disregard the beginning of the clip in which the poster calls people haters. Just watch the video. Suh is a dirty player, no doubt, but I just don't see it in this case. JMO. try looking at this angle.
  2. Since I live in N. Florida, I hope this isn't true. Would love to see them in Jax.
  3. If you take the QB's of the 3 teams you mentioned, we would be in the playoffs. Think about it, put Aaron Rodgers or Brady on this team and we probably have the # 1 or 2 team in the AFC. Add Rivers and we make the playoffs. IMO.
  4. Johnny Football !!! JK. Happy Holidays!!
  5. I've learned to take it in stride. I love the NFL and hope we are moving in the right direction(I think we are). Having said that, I will not waste 3+ hrs next Sunday watching them play the Pats. Bring on the draft!!
  6. The Bills got there a$s kicked by an inferior team. The whole team lost this game, except maybe Carpenter.
  7. I wouldn't say we ran Stevie out of town. His stats for this season are comparable to Hogan's: Stevie-35 rec/435 yds/3 td's Hogan: 40 rec/423 yds/4 td's. Stevie's salary is 3.65 mil this year, 5.5 mil next and 5.85 the following. Hogan 495K. If that's called running him out of town, I'm for it. I won't even get into the Mike Williams thing again.
  8. Now, if they only had a QB who could execute Marrone's offensive ideas. There are way too many times that our QB's miss wide open WR's to place all the blame on Hackett. Overthrown, underthrown or just flat out didn't see him. Hackett can't throw the ball and catch it too. We seem to forget we are rolling out a backup QB at best. A backup QB who was on the verge of retiring before the season began. JMO.
  9. I hear ya. Which leads me to an earlier point I made; maybe Hogan just outplayed and outhustled Williams in practice. Maybe Hogan is trusted more than Williams. Don't know, but something is up with him. I'll give Marrone the benefit of the doubt. Again, Tampa let him go for a 6th rd pick.
  10. We need to keep in mind that we can't afford to keep this dline intact forever. Marcell will command a big salary. So will Hughes. Maybe some help on the dline late in the draft. Also, even though Kiko is coming back next season, I believe Spikes was a 1 yr. signing. Brown was drafted as a MLB. Next year might look like this: OLB KIKO, ILB Brown, OLB Bradham. A couple of LB's would be nice. Draft 1 and 1 via FA maybe. Offensively, QB, TE and RB seem obvious, IMO. As for the O-line, we drafted 2 tackles and 1 is starting at RT. we also drafted to help the inside of the line. I would prefer giving them a chance ,but look for more veteran help inside. Hopefully Chris Williams comes back healthy. Rounds 2-3 BPA, we have a talented roster, just add to it the best players regardless of position, except maybe RB. Rounds 4-7 fill in the rest with depth players with a chance to contribute.JMO.
  11. Ok. Still, the point is we traded only a 6th rd pick for him. Tampa let him go. Tampa! If he did average 8td's a season as some have argued , why would Tampa let him go for a 6th rd pick? There's something else going on with him. We gave it a shot. It didn't work out. Over 200 posts for this topic is ridiculous. He's not a game changer and probably not worth the hassle. IMO.
  12. Born and raised in Buffalo but man, I've been fortunate to have this team to root for! The hair on my arms tingle when I hear this at the stadium!!! Season ticket holder for the past 2 years.
  13. Why such a big deal over this? He was not brought in to be our #1 WR. We traded a 6th rd pick for him, hardly a blockbuster trade. We tried him out and it didn't work out. If he is that good, why did the Bucs let him go for a 6th rd pick? It appears there was something about him they didn't like either. Bad attitude/locker guy? Not that good of a receiver? or Both? It just seems like the hatred for Marrone is blinding some of the fact that Williams was brought in as a project. You don't trade a 6th rd pick for the SAVIOUR of a team. The Bucs would be foolish to do that. Why oh why did the Bucs let this AWSOME WR go for peanuts? Maybe that's the question you guys should be asking. Better yet, do your best Aaron Rodgers impersonation move on and R-E-L-A-X !! It's (he's) not worth it.
  14. Actually, it's not the QB situation. The reason(and it's no secret) is the Bills have always been CHEAP when it comes to paying a head coach and his staff. Hopefully Pegula opens up his checkbook.
  15. We have?? I'm sure you're such an avid fan of his Mike and previous team that you couldn't wait to watch the almighty Mike Williams outplay Hogan, right? Exactly how much of Mike did you watch? Why was he given up on by his old team then? Mike Williams isn't that good. IMO, but I haven't spent the last few years watching him play, like you have. How about another ex of a talented player who didn't get the best out of his ability? Williams is at least 1/2 of the problem. Agreed. On both ends. Player and coach.
  16. "we as fans just dont know that he was outplayed by hoganExactly, we don't know. So why are some here criticizing so much on something we don't know? If he outplays Hogan, he see the field more than Hogan. It's pretty simple, even for Marrone. Unless you want to claim Marrone has a vendetta ("treated so unfairly" was the quote above). And as for me using the word "fact" to represent that, look at the stats this season. Those #'s represent the fact that Hogan outplayed Williams. Again, Hogan is and has outplayed him. So what's the big deal?
  17. Whether we like Marrone or not, the fact that Hogan outplayed Williams this season should mean something to folks on this board. I'm willing to bet Hogan showed more in practice than Williams. You have to do it in practice and on the field to be out there. So he signed some autographs, big deal. Again, he was outplayed by Hogan. Why such an uproar for a WR who isn't that good, IMO?
  18. I thought the issue most people on this board had with Hackett is predictability ? 3rd an 2 usually means a run. So he switched up to not be predictable. Damned if you do...you know the rest.
  19. I hear you. I just think the offense as a whole runs smoother with Orton for now. And I trust Orton a lot more with using an audible at the line of scrimmage.
