  1. Ahh, you are correct. They traded the 4th round pick for the rights to Gronk.
  2. I think both Beasley and Sanders will be gone. They're on the wrong side of 30 and it's time to get some youth at the position that will be around to gel with Josh for 4-5 years. It's a juicy WR FA class next year, will Godwin slip away from the Bucs?
  3. TBD after Jax loss: There are no dominant teams in the NFL this year. TBD after Jets win: We're gonna win 9 in a row!
  4. No they did not. They spent a 4th round pick on Fournette. They took a risk on Gronk being out of football shape and Brown being a locker room cancer.
  5. I'm going to disagree with this part and say there's no way he's still being paid his full salary. He had a ridiculous $100M contract. I would venture a guess and say the contract settlement isn't going the way he wants, and his lawyers have convinced him it's more profitable to file suit (and they're probably right).
  6. Another Primetime L for the "Win Now" crowd.
  7. Some of these NFL players aren't too bright.
  8. And just like that, VJ went from staring at the bench to a prominent role. The NFL moves fast.
  9. You can see him pointing at the ground, he thought the play was dead.
  10. Yeah that is not one of Beane's better contracts, that's for sure.
  11. That Joe Flacco kid looked good, he might be the team's future.
  12. Add me to this camp as well.
  13. Ridiculous. Everyone knows that Lackawanna is the Steel City.
  14. They won't. The only one losing targets here is Van Jefferson. Poor guy must have been flying high ever since they cut Jackson and didn't sign any WRs at the trade deadline. Whoops.
  15. Van Jefferson.
  16. Is winning even that big of a deal anymore?
  17. I'm pretty sure after the Chiefs game I saw a thread here where some people were lamenting the fact that there was no point in even looking forward to ESPN's Playoff Machine because the Bills were too good now. Maybe it was tongue-in-cheek but the hubris was over the top for week 5. You might be onto something about the Bills message board shutdown, because I've never seen the amplitude of "Yeah Superbowl" after a win and "Fire coaches" after a loss this high on a weekly basis. When the Kelly Superbowl teams laid a stinker in the regular season (and they did) we used to just blame it on them partying all night. And, well, there was probably a lot of truth to that. I think most fans would take the 12-5 prediction now. All of a sudden there seems to be a concern about the Patriots game in a month and I'm wondering if any of our fans have seen how the Saints defense has been playing in the Superdome this year. If you've been penciling that game in as an easy win because of their QB you might want to buy the extra-strength Tums for Thanksgiving.
  18. Jimmy you sound drunker than Marcus Maye!
  19. After watching the A22 I would agree. Boettger and Dawkins were completely lost on stunts and any other scheme where they had to pass off rushers from one to another. Ford certainly didn't play well, but he wasn't the worst guy out there (if that means anything).
  20. She can fight more than a little. For some reason those texts look fake, the grammar seems too.... articulate? Who uses full first names? This is going to be a wild story. The NFL Soap Opera is in top gear this past week.
  21. The manner in which he made the call felt petty and vengeful. He waited over 5 seconds for Marsh to walk by him, gave him a slight hip check, and threw the flag and raised his arm like he was making a 3 pointer lol. Never seen anything like that.
  22. A referee didn't like the way a player looked at other players.
  23. What were these gestures that you saw?
  24. It really isn't.
