Thanks for the insight and reviews. The Jets wanted it more yesterday, on plays where effort were an expression of who wanted to win more....The Jets got the advantage. It's going to be a nasty series between these two....The Jets were pissed from the last game and took any shot available (Allen, Hauska, etc.). The Special Teams are pathetic.....They make the routine play look like an adventure. The refs....Are the refs (The training staff may need to invest in a body bag....For Allen). Oh, the receivers still can't catch.

My 6th grader son noticed today. After they went up 23-20, he said the Jets were going to get the ball at the 40 on the kickoff. They ended up at the 37 or so. Can't be that hard, at this point....To notice, right? I mean, a kid can see it. They need an immediate change with STs. Give someone else a chance.

I hope he survives. These non-calls on the late hits and roughing the passer are out of control. He's getting crushed, consistently.

All QBs are not treated equal (i.e., Big Big in comparison to Tom Brady). And that roughing the Passer call in the 2nd half (in favor of Allen) wasn't nearly as bad as the non-calls in the 1st half. It was like they were trying to save face. I feel bad for Allen, he will continue to take late hits until the refs pump the brakes and call them more consistently and evenly.

Yup! Refs are a fraternity like any other.

I agree, I don't think it's good for the defense to completely fall apart on 95% of the plays and make a spectacular play 5% of the time. That's not good defense. That's occasionally making a really good play.

More like, they didn't care to win and protected key players. Generally, teams that need/want win play their best guys (the entire game). Their top receivers Gronkowski and Edelman didn't even play.

They might be on paper and have solid potential to be a great defense, but they haven't played liked one yet (regardless of why...injuries, etc.).

I could only stomach another Patriots Super Bowl if they are genuinely blown out and completely embarrassed on the field. Granted, this scenario would be a horrible game, but I would muster a huge smile on my face and thoroughly relish their demise. Pretty much how I felt before Atlanta melt down.

Saints or Rams will likely take the NFC. Whoever has home field advantage. Until Kansas City puts it together during the playoffs/January, I won't ever be convinced that they're the pick. The AFC is a toss up.

When games like this are the exception, sure....Absolutely entertaining. But the game is trending towards Arena Football, no defense, back and forth they all go. It's like when the defense makes a stop, that becomes the big play vice what was once the 65 yard bomb (due to both teams scoring over and over, taking turns). It's the single defensive stop that has more value towards the outcome of the game than the one of many TDs thrown.

And I as welll. My concern is when the offensive juggernauts become the standard and not the exception/fun offensive performance.

How can you derive that from a series of posts in one thread? That's an assumption that you quickly came to.....Assumptions with little thought rarely turn out well. And you're going from 1 extreme (100 points a game) to another (20 points a game). Seems pretty weak.

Okay.....Pay attention and read slow. There was zero defense in that game. Both teams went up and down, from start to finish. Much like college basketbal, turn the game on in the final two minutes and watch the outcome.

Horrible. I'm not a, "everyone gets a trophy type guy". But, I'm also not a dick. This isn't funny and only speaks to the quality of the person (and those contributing) that started the GoFundMe page. Various fans don't make it any easier being a Bills fan (this, dildos on the field/multiple times, dumps in the stadium, crashing through tables, drunk stupidness, etc.). Drink beer, have a good time, but you don't have to be the headline on TMZ on a weekly basis. Stop becoming famous via the internet for the wrong reasons.
