  1. If we do attempt to release him and stash him there, I think it would be telling, and I wouldn't be that upset about it. He came to a roster with huge question marks at TE, even with the Clay signing. If it's a talent thing, then there's no use holding out hope (though I do prefer his upside to a pure blocker like Mulligan).
  2. Wow. He's starting for Ole Miss? Never would have predicted that after all of his missteps.
  3. I'm sorry, but...what? It doesn't matter who's side you are on, this clearly isn't the case. He was pulled in his 14th game and the fault on the team is probably going to be that they never gave him an opportunity. He's a .500 QB if Stevie and Chandler didn't fumble the Atlanta game away in miraculous fashion. The notion that this guy is a complete bust is laughable to me. I will never understand the obsession with wanting your 1st round QB to fail. Never.
  4. What sort of settlement are the experts projecting here? Am I to assume the judges are not going to accept the arbitrator's case? I assumed that the time and resources the NFL put into the Wells investigation would trump any rebuttal and need for intervention/settlement? Is there precedent in the courts stepping in and forcing a settlement when everything has been as thorough as the NFL has put forth?
  5. As someone who doesn't want to go through 99 pages of this back and forth, is there a timetable when we can expect a new development?
  6. Exiting Lot 5 is an absolute nightmare. There should be constant flow out onto Southwestern. It was never as bad as it's been the last couple years.
  7. You guys know that Sal Cappacio isn't the head coach of the Buffalo Bills, right? I mean Jesus, they haven't even played a pre-season game yet.
  8. If he gets the nod, Ryan Fitzpatrick will now have started games for six teams. That's impressive. What's the record for the quarterback position?
  9. I'm not even sure Joe B can throw a spiral, so why would I let this kid be my primary source for training camp updates. I no longer care what our journalists say or report, I'm going to let the preseason games dictate everything for myself.
  10. I went to Joe B's twitter account to see where he could be going wrong with such biased reporting...and it was littered with petty twitter fights. He's clearly argumentative/defensive and just all around unprofessional. He is focusing on agendas as opposed to actual reporting.
  11. I always forget just how insane you are.
  12. ...the other QB's played too.
  13. Maybe she meant for him to be the other kind of Model and Robert has been slowly defying his sister's final wishes all these years.
  14. Does anybody ever understand what the heck this guy is saying?
  15. Am I ordering something wrong? I had an overpriced, under-sized, chain-restaurant style pulled pork sandwich there and the whole place had the look and feel of a massive chain restaurant. This is a serious question about this place, because I don't get the hype at all. I'm not trying to get into a debate about it, but can someone please tell me what made their experience so great?
  16. http://m.pfref.com/m?p=XXleadersXXsacks_active.htm First of all, it's a long offseason and I don't particularly buy into the hype of the NFL top 100 or any other silly power ranking. That being said... Mario Williams is the youngest player in the top 20 active player sacks list, and he's number 8. He has the most sacks of any player since he entered the league. He's arguably the most dominant defensive player outside of JJ Watt in the entire league at causing disruption at the line. Coming off a 14.5 sack season, with his history and his highlight reel, had he played in a market like Dallas or NY he would be in the top 15-20 players easily.
  17. Considering it was only two years ago, this could be the worst case of revisionist history that I've ever seen.
  18. I once hovered over the "Go to Checkout" button with a Rambo jersey in my cart. Closest I've ever come to purchasing a Bills jersey.
  19. I think you meant to ask, "y do sum of u like tom brady?"
  20. I really think the idea was to get good directors an opportunity to delve into the sports stories worth telling. I think the problem with a lot of sports docs and specials in the past is they've been exclusively produced by sports networks or programs and don't ever have a spec of legitimacy to hold up on their own as a documentary. Bill Simmons started getting real filmmakers involved, and I think that, far more than the forgotten nature of the story, is what has allowed 30 for 30 to remain a well respected series.
  21. Wait...what side is this rambler on?
