He truly has not had a lot of success. His offensive numbers are pedestrian. He has relied heavily on Lynch breaking tackles in the red zone to finish drives. His best season statistically is the year where Brett Favre, future HOF'r, gave it his all in a rah-rah type last time out season. Keep in mind he had Adrian Peterson as well. The Seahawks are not really winning because of their offense, though it's undoubtedly an upgrade over ours. I'm up in the air with this guy. Broncos OC has been around some dominant offenses.

Completely agree. Before the Marrone incident, it seemed like fans who were confused by the hierarchy were labeled as crazy. As it stands now, it just doesn't make sense to have the business guy involved with these very important football decisions. There certainly is a way to defend it, and I understand that -- but their track record as a tandem, as well as Russ' track record with both Levy and Nix are not good.

Russ Brandon is certainly qualified to assist in the search. He has great experience with the assistance of hiring Dick Jauron, Chan Gailey, and Doug Marrone. Also...need to have a marketing guy in there to make sure the head coach knows how to deflect the media properly.
