That was Tyrod's best game as a pro. We still lost and as it turned out, it was too little, too late. The story of his career. I imagine we'll keep him next year and scratch our heads throughout the season as he sleepwalks through game after game.

I started doing the math. The first thing that really got me upset was Tyrod running out of bounds on third and goal on our go-ahead possession. Just another showing of a complete lack of awareness.

Let me just say this about awareness. On 4th and 1 we get the play call in late, and get to the line with 5 seconds left. They are absolutely STACKED at the line and have a high hat count on the side we're going to run it. Why the f**k would he hike it and not call a time out? I turned on the game right as the defense forgot to tackle Ajayi and then watched that whole offensive series. Probably the most classic 5 minutes of Bills I've seen in a while.

That's true. The DB's would need to be pushing and shoving him all game to get him to start something. That's the only thing I can envision. Marcus Foligno fought an Islander last night just minutes into the game because he had a cheap shot on Eichel almost a month ago. It's possible for athletes to take pride in their team. Also, I apologize for using the Sabres as an example of a team...last night they were anything but.

Brandon and Overdorf are certainly involved enough to deserve a bit of accountability for fielding an absolutely garbage product on the field for 17 years. There are thousands of people who could do their job. It's way past time to move on. They simply don't have a structure that has proven to work in any way.
