  1. Even as it was just starting, all I heard were groans. An absolute joke. If it worked it would have been dumb luck.
  2. 2nd and 12 inside the 30 in overtime and we run a reverse to Reggie Bush. His first carry in how many games? Literally the worst playcall I have ever seen in my life.
  3. Why did he punt? Someone list the pros, I can't think of any.
  4. The refs didnt help, but...it was another unclutch series for this team in the red zone.
  5. Spot on. It was underthrown. That's a pass Goodwin is never catching. Watkins needed to be hit in stride there, but still caught it because he's so good at tracking the ball. Still one of Taylor's better quarters of play, but the fact that this guy called it a laser is hilarious.
  6. Didn't he already blow it twice (Oakland, Pittsburgh)? Either one of those games and we actually would have a real shot at the damn thing.
  7. Let me just say this about awareness. On 4th and 1 we get the play call in late, and get to the line with 5 seconds left. They are absolutely STACKED at the line and have a high hat count on the side we're going to run it. Why the f**k would he hike it and not call a time out? I've never seen a more clueless QB pre-snap in my entire life, including college. I would pull Tyrod. He can't play from behind, the season is technically "on the line" (even though he really lost it in Oakland), and we stand to gain nothing by watching this turd forget how to quarterback play after play. Enough is enough with this crap. He threw to McCoy in a 1 on 5 situation...he had plenty of time to make other reads. It was 2nd and 20.
  8. I turned on the game right as the defense forgot to tackle Ajayi and then watched that whole offensive series. Probably the most classic 5 minutes of Bills I've seen in a while.
  9. That would be a Tom Cable-esque hire.
  10. That's true. The DB's would need to be pushing and shoving him all game to get him to start something. That's the only thing I can envision. Marcus Foligno fought an Islander last night just minutes into the game because he had a cheap shot on Eichel almost a month ago. It's possible for athletes to take pride in their team. Also, I apologize for using the Sabres as an example of a team...last night they were anything but.
  11. Brandon and Overdorf are certainly involved enough to deserve a bit of accountability for fielding an absolutely garbage product on the field for 17 years. There are thousands of people who could do their job. It's way past time to move on. They simply don't have a structure that has proven to work in any way.
  12. I don't think we'll retaliate. We should, but we don't have the awareness for something like that.
  13. I simply could not give away our seats for the final two games. It makes it harder being in California, so I rely on playing with stubhub throughout the week to get the best value, but I seriously could not get $5 per seat and not a single person I asked even wanted to go. Can't say that I blame either.
  14. That's a lot of words to say we have different opinions of Alex Smith and Andy Dalton. In the realm of hypotheticals, I'd be willing to wager neither would have led any recent Bills teams to the playoffs.
  15. Holy crap...it's a who's who of average or overrated QB's. With the exception of Russell, and maybe Wentz there's hardly a QB on that list any team would pine over. What are you trying to say here? We should be impressed that in 4 more games than Brady, he still only has 3 less touchdowns than him? Absolutely pathetic the lengths we'll go to to pretend someone is something they're not. The mere fact that this conversation is going on tells me he's not the answer, will never be the answer, and we'd be much better off continuing the search for the next guy.
  16. This guy isn't proud of Buffalo.
  17. You're picking language abilities to hang your hat on? Bold move.
  18. Political opinions aside, you're saying you're proud that we hated someone the most. Am I understanding that correctly?
  19. We would settle for regular IQ.
  20. There will be a lot of attempts to defend Taylor and make it all feel like he was an average QB this offseason. I simply cannot accept his 4th quarter play game after game when the team needs him to step up the most. All winnable situations against good teams have been failures. Yes, he can light up the 49ers for 45 points, crush the Browns for 30+, and beat the Cardinals big at home. I'm sure his stats look great as he's doing too little too late (failed Jets, Steelers "comebacks" this year) and crushing bad teams. Please convince yourselves that he is worthy of this contract. I'm sure it will help you get through the 18th and 19th year of no playoffs.
  21. I think we're saying the same thing...
  22. So...now Tyrod was put into a position to fail? I'm honestly struggling to keep up with these excuses. Tyrod is great because he rarely gets blown out? Isn't that just the same thing as praising him for his lack of interceptions while ignoring his lack of touchdowns? The style of play might be ultra conservative just to keep us in it, but when we're down and the other team knows its time to pass he is dreadful. Same situation, Derek Carr thrives. It's hard to defend the QB that keeps it close but can't find a way to overcome deficits.
  23. 32nd passing attack in the NFL and we're proud that he's not even in the top 10 of the most meaningless stat ever created. Are you guys even watching the games? If you are, how many times in a row do you need to see our QB completely get shut down with the game on the line?
