McDermott always preaches how we need to play “complimentary football” and I agree...whether you are training your dog, teaching your kid how to catch a baseball, eating your wife’s “new recipe” dinner or building a football team, it’s 100 times better to compliment others than to yell at them or criticize them. Did you ever see McDermott on the sideline during a game or even at training camp? He’s always complimenting the players, clapping at them, saying “nice job” or “well done Nate/Josh/etc”. The old expression “You can catch a mouse with honey and not vinegar” rings true. If coaches compliment players, then players will compliment each other...it’s creates a positive environment. There’s no place for derogatory remarks in the NFL. Those coaches who are hard-***** rarely do well. Complimentary football all is superior to derogatory/critical football. Just my opinion.

Pegula's can now own both the Sabres & Bills

Same with Trump. He would have kept the team in Buffalo and wouldn't own any other teams so there would be no need to side-step established regulations. -

Notice how the news doesn’t set a mile radius?? Pegula’s are still violating the letter of the law. -
McDermott hangs up on Schopp and Bulldog
BringBackFergy replied to BillsFanForever19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I love how guys say “We should have picked up another QB” or “Should have signed that guy”. You understand it’s a two way street right? The “qualified” QB you speak of has to: 1) Want to play in the NFL or possibly retire (Derek Anderson) and 2) Want to play for the Bills or hold out for a possible starting gig and 3) There has to be an agreement re. $$. You don’t just grab a QB like you grab a 6 pack of Milwaukee’s Best at 7-11. -

Good for him. Schopp is a pompous doooooosh and Bulldog is a slobbery lap dog that breathes too loud into the microphone. -
Peterman is here to stay!
BringBackFergy replied to jtothebrown's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think we could get a 4th or 5th round pick for Peterman. -
After 461 references to him/demands that he be brought back on here in the past 3 months, the possibility that I was being sarcastic is quite high.

It’s not part of the uniform. Let’s say a WR had a wooden leg and a CB tackled him and his leg came off. That isn’t a penalty. The WR chose to play with a wooden leg. Same idea.
