Ryan Kalil will be 34 next season. That might be ok for a one year deal if there is no other good options in FA or the draft. Mills is not the biggest problem, but he's mediocre. If there is a better option, Mills is worth replacing.

And I could be wrong with my initial assessment. I would want to see if there were other problems in his past before committing to him.

I disagree only because this is a simple rule, as small as it may be. But that is the culture of U of H which all players have to live with. I don't know if Oliver has had behavioral problems in the past, but it's not a good look for him now. Oliver seems like a brat, and if I were a pro scout I'd look deeper into this as well as his past if I'm contemplating spending a 1st round pick on him.

Except it was necessary to take the jacket off Oliver. Apparently it's a team rule, and part of the culture, that you don't wear the jacket if you're not playing in the game. Oliver clearly thinks he's special. If he can't deal with a simple jacket rule, he's probably not going to deal well with the Process McD has here. Oliver seems to be a problem in the making.

Jax has been playing terrible as of late. They're at home against the Steelers this week, who have been playing well. It will be interesting to see if Jax gets blown out (like I suspect they will) or wake up and show some fight. If it's close or Jax wins, assuming the Steelers don't lay an egg, we will probably have a tough time against them a little over a week from now. Otherwise, contain Bortles and this game is winnable.

Peterman is not as good as Garapolo or Brisett. I'd kind of doubt it, especially since their pro personnel knows about Peterman's performance. My guess is they try to find a rookie later in the draft and roll with Brady and Hoyer in 2019.
