  1. Too many casuals, like most sport events.
  2. The casuals will not like you referencing the draft picks.
  3. In terms of ineptness, McKelvin I would equate to TJ Graham. It's amazing he will be going on 7 years as a starter.
  4. Marrone is in over his head. Leodis is an awful football player. Watkins isn't worth an extra 2015 1st round pick and a 4th. The Cleveland Browns will be a playoff team before the Buffalo Bills.
  5. One of the best steaks of my life I had was yesterday. It was a skirt steak. The dish consisted of a beef tongue demi, a layer of stacked french fries, boerenkaas cheese, more demi, then 3 very thin pieces of tongue layered over the fries and then the skirt. The beef tongue literally melts as it hits your saliva. The skirt steak was so flavorful and the demi was out of this world. I licked the plate with my finger.
  6. My favorite season of The Wire was 3. I preferred the Barksdale plot over Marlos crew and season 3 was the end of that story. Season 5 was my least favorite and would put it in the same disappointment as Sopranos Season 6: Part One. I laugh every time I hear the name Ziggy. A lot of people didn't like season 2, I think it is the most underrated of the series.
  7. That was my impression as well. I find that his arm is VERY underrated. They showed a couple replays of some throws and not only were they accurate but how tight the spiral was on the football. It was really windy in cincy last night too which makes the quality of those passes even more impressive.
  8. Americas Test Kitchen favorite (budget) knife is it not?
  9. The last WR phenom was Randy Moss.
  10. Hoyer has a super quick release. One of the best in the NFL. Really impressed.
  11. Of the really popular acclaimed shows that I have box sets of I would rank them as follows: Breaking Bad (Blu-ray) Boardwalk Empire (Blu-ray) Sopranos (DVD) True Detective (Blu-ray) Sons of Anarchy (Blu-ray) Band of Brothers/The Pacific (Blu-ray) The Wire (DVD) Mad Men (Blu-ray)
  12. Out of those 3, my first choice would be True Detective. Other must see tv series would be Boardwalk Empire, Sopranos, Sons Of Anarchy, The Wire and Band of Brothers
  13. Amazing field position from the defense is one of the reasons why they ran the ball. 20 points off of turnovers created by the defense.
  14. I have watched every single game over the past two decades...and no the season wouldn't be over without him. The season would indeed be over without the collective group we currently have playing defense.
  15. I find that article to be a "non-casual fan" perspective which is a breathe of fresh of air. Most writers and casuals are too caught up in the myopia. I have a hard time arguing with any of it. Learned some new information from that article as well that Watkins ranks 35th in total value among all wideouts, according to Football Outsiders, and Pro Football Focus' metrics rank him 48th.
  16. Feel bad for CJ for how it ended and for the fact that I believe his talents were not used properly.
  17. Fellating McKelvin and quoting John Murphy fellating McKelvin all in one post.
  18. Yup! Despite the result yesterday I really like their philosphy in building this team and think they will end up building a sustainable competitive team with this current position they have put themselves in with their cap, building from within, continued draft status etc. I don't expect the casual fan to be able to look past the front office noise from last year.
  19. Casual fan observation.
  20. Yup. He has been consistently a bad NFL CB.
  21. Advanced football analytics had the Bills win probability at 4% ahead of the 4th and 20 completion to Chandler. Orton-Chandler pass/catch boosted their win probably from 4% to 32%. After the intentional grounding the win probability fluctuated down to around 25%. After the incredible catch by Hogan the win probability boosted from 25% to 83%. So with the ball on the 2 yard line with 5 seconds left the Bills were favored to win by 83%. I think this puts into perspective how incredible those two plays actually were.
  22. and/or having an athletic physical specimen like Randy Moss, Plaxico Burress or Calvin Johnson that can make plays on balls in tight coverage. I 100% agree with this observation.
