In your opinion. Here is mine.
Wade Phillips

Dick Jauron
Gregg Williams
Doug Marrone
***Perry Fewell was an interim in 2009. You can include him if you want. I didn't feel it was necessary. I think it is easy to predict who will be 1 on the list but honestly I really have no idea how the rest will play out.
Our forward thinking, analytical head coach in action.
Our Dick Jauron clone got skittish after the failed 4th down conversion earlier in the game, but based on Marrones super conservative management in-game I didn't expect any other decision from him.
It's too bad that most of his production he has had in the last 4 weeks came at a point were the defense was playing to run the clock out. If this was Kelvin Benjamin or some other rookie Watkins is getting compared to people would be screaming that it was "garbage time". But that said he made a few nice plays yesterday, he did fumble and we have two horrible QB's.
Orton or Cutler? I would rather have Orton, keep a draft pick, take that 16 million which Cutler would cost and improve in other areas like the o-line. In the hypothetical either or scenario, there is only one choice that makes sense to me anyways.
What's crazy is that cutler threw close to 50 times in the Bills game.
The crazier thing is that cutler still shows signs of horrible mechanics to this day.
Also look at his sack totals throughout his career. Cutler would be a total disaster with our personnel and current coaching regardless of his contract. But with a cap hit of 16.5 and 17 million in 2015 and 2016...it is just stupid.
Adding Jay Cutler guarantees your offense will regress in terms of sacks and turnovers and likely be top 5 to top 10 in those categories. Adding Jay Cutler will be severely detrimental to this offense, especially the o-line which is struggling as an entire unit since Marrone took over.
You will put up numbers when you are throwing 38-49 times consistently. The key to this is not turning the ball over and getting sacked in the process (which puts your defense and offense in tough in-game situations) . The premium QB's are capable of both. Cutler is far from a premier QB IMO.
There are massive spoilers out there for the finale and they have been confirmed by Sutter. So be careful on the interwebs if you don't want the ending spoiled.
To truly control everything (Xbox, TV, Receiver) you do need the Kinect. I believe you can also control "everything" with the Xbox Media Remote but it would also work through the IR blaster on the Kinect.
If you want to use the voice commands to primarily control your entertainment system, then yes but the system without the Kinect you can still use the xbox one controller or the Xbox One media remote if you like to control entertainment on the Xbox.
Meh. I have a PC that I built from scratch myself (the video card alone is more expensive than either console) and maxes out games at much higher resolutions than 1080P @ 60fps (also confirmed by valley benchmark tests) yet I spend more time playing on consoles.
