  1. I suppose you could look at yards per attempt, completion percentage against and total yards on passing plays? 2009: 5.4 ypa (1st overall), 51.7% (1st overall) and 2459 (1st overall) 2010: 6.5 ypa (6th overall), 50.7% (1st overall) and 3210 (6th overall) 2011: 6.7 ypa (6th overall), 54.2% (6th overall) and 3216 (5th overall) 2012: 6.5 ypa (6th overall), 53.8% (2nd overall) and 3036 (2nd overall) 2009 was obviously the best year for the Jests but in 2010, with Rex still in charge, the numbers dropped then stayed the same in 2011 when Pettine took over. In 2012 the numbers started to improve again.
  2. And yet, the amount of sacks the Jets teams had in 2009 compared to 2012: 2009: 32.0 (Rex calling plays) 2012: 30.0 (Pettine calling plays) Maybe the amount of blitz's doesn't really matter...
  3. Saw Man if Steel today. The action sequences were amazing and Henry Cavill, I thought did an excellent job, along with Michael Shannon and Russell Crowe. I liked how the story played out as well. Certainly was just an opening film to what I think and hope they want to expand on.
  4. I think his contract says volumes as how the Pats* see him fitting in. Jason La Canfora ‏@JasonLaCanfora1m Tebow's 2yr, veteran minimum contract with the Pats includes no signing bonus. Could be released anytime with no cap or cash ramifications Vet minimum. No signing bonus. Looks like they are bringing him in for a look, see if he can fit in, in anyway with this offense. If he can't, cut him.
  5. I don't see Brady coming off the field at all: Jason Vida ‏@jasonvida Brady has converted on 49 straight 3rd-and-1/4th-and-1 rushes. Last stopped in Week 4 of 2005. #thankstimigotthis Sorry, just don't see it happening
  6. Well, I think it was obvious it was going to be TJ or Kolb. Guess they saw enough of him in OTA's to make that decision. I'd say this is the better option, free's up a roster spot.
  7. That would of been my guess, with injuries to Hernandez and Gronkowski.
  8. Adam Schefter ✔ @AdamSchefter Per @Edwerderespn, Patriots are signing former Broncos and Jets QB Tim Tebow.
  9. Here is the summary of the 1st article:. • Cut down on turnovers and penalties The Bills had 34 turnovers a year ago, including 17 interceptions, and their inability to take care of the football and to protect their defense are big reasons Ryan Fitzpatrick is no longer the QB. A total of 104 penalties in 2012 is far too sloppy, and the team also must improve in that area. • Improve run defense There is a lot of talent on this defense, especially along the defensive line, yet the Bills were almost at the bottom of the NFL in this category. This new coaching staff will work hard to fix it. • Play better defense on third down and in the red zone Buffalo was 31st in the NFL on third down last season, which allowed opposing offenses to keep the ball and control time of possession. In the red zone, the Bills were especially poor, allowing 38 TDs in 55 trips (also 31st in the league). 2nd article is a bit long, don't want to copy the whole thing.
  10. Round 2!!! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2336481/Make-artist-released-photos-porn-stars-au-naturel-unveils-new-set-incredible-transformations.html
  11. Wow, finally caught "the episode." Can't say I was as surprised as when Ned got the axe, but still it made for some amazing TV. I too have never read the books and I'm not sure I want to start, yet.
  12. http://archive.longislandpress.com/2011/05/24/man-arrested-for-masturbating-on-flight/ I'm assuming this is the criminal case. There were a couple witness's.
  13. Her lawyer released them, I would assume, to get back at Mario for publicly calling her a "gold-digger." Why else would he reveal their "hand." I'm sure she felt slighted that he called her that publicly and they were released as a F you to him, suggested by her lawyer, I'm sure.
  14. If Mario's lawyer knows these text's exist, maybe his position is to wait til their day in court, and then use them. Mario or his lawyer doesn't have to release texts to appease fans arguing on a message board. If they do exist, then it wouldn't matter when they come out, as they will just further prove his case, when/if he wins it.
  15. Obviously, he knows the inner workings of their relationship and is a good judge of character based solely on media reports.
  16. I would disagree that he was the benefactor of a perfect offensive system. Read the quote below, Stevie just gets open which is the point of the article. I don't know a single coach who couldn't use a WR like that. He may be the fastest, most difficult-to-read wide receiver coming in and out of breaks in the whole league.
  17. Yes but I've read multiple times on this board that Johnson is just a glorified #2 receiver.
  18. Don't you think, if she really wanted to defend herself against being labeled a "gold digger", the easiest way to do that would be just to give the ring back? I know she doesn't have to because it's a gift and why should she have to, etc. but if she feels the need to defend herself against being labeled something, what easier proof to do that then to just give it back. Shuts up both parties. Story is over.
  19. I definitely agree with that. And because they were so make up/break up, I don't really think we as observers will ever know who did what in this relationship and should be making decisions about either party involved based on texts, put out purposely, while these two fight it out.
  20. I just wouldn't make any quick judgements based on the posturing of lawyers, at this point. Is she a gold digger, who knows? But she did meet him after he signed an NFL contract, which again at the time was fairly large. Also, if he had spent less money on the ring, say $10,000 and he asked for it back would she still decline him?
  21. I've yet to make an informed decision about this case, which apparently you have, but she worked for the Houston Texans and met him AFTER he signed a huge(at the time) rookie deal. But don't let facts trip you up.
  22. NFL AM has CJ Spiller as #2 running back under 25, behind McCoy. http://www.nfl.com/videos/buffalo-bills/0ap2000000206075/Top-5-running-backs-under-25
  23. The cruise I went on, the couple we were going to share a table with didn't show up for any of the evening dinners. So, you could get lucky that way.
