So basically, you got some unreliable information from the media. Sure, his statement could have been "I want my lawyer". It could have just as easily been an explanation of the events from him and his sons point of view. So again, what we know is what the arresting officer put in his 1 paragraph report.

C'mon, it was one paragraph in the report told from the father of one of the victims point of view. Sure, it's reliable in the sense that the arresting officer accurately put what the father said in the report. Is it reliable in the sense of that's how events actually happened? We have no idea. No one does. The rest of the statements, from the victims, from the Kromers, were redacted. There is no accurate/reliable description currently out there from anyone who was actually at the scene.

oh I'm sure this is a parents getting involved situation. One of the other minors goes home and his parents grill him about what happened and asked if he was at all threatened etc. I'm not sure what your point is. I know they knew each other what does that have to do with the story now changing.

No we wouldn't know about it now. Both Aaron and Zach Kromer's statements have been redacted from the police report. The statements from the minors have been redacted. All we know as of this moment is the initial report from the responding officer, who didn't witness any of this, and all he did was write down what was being accused. The facts aren't all out there.

It's obvious you haven't been around lots of fights then. I've stayed around after a fight between a friend and some randoms just to cool things over after they have been separated. There were 3 minors, it's quite possible that only one of them was in the altercation with Aaron Kromer, seeing as only one was punched. Maybe he was the tough guy, mouthing off etc. They get into a bit of a scuffle while the other 2 minors and Zach Kromer attempt to separate them. After the altercation it's completely possibly that the other 2 minors, who weren't punched or pushed, hung around with Zach Kromer. That account of events also makes perfect sense and is completely reasonable.

The thing I find odd about "outing" him is that she had to be following Duke Williams for him to DM her, so she chose to allow him to. Five messages, which weren't even sexual, in a matter of months. She sure showed him for "trespassing".

Or was Aaron trying to take a chair back and tried grabbing it and the "kid" didn't let go and there was a bit of back and forth and he got knocked in the face in the back forth struggle. Not saying the kid is lying but this whole account thus far is from him, after the fact.
