  1. I think we missed out on opportunities because of the contract we gave Fitz. Then we scrambled and reached a bit for EJ. EJ was the best option when we drafted, but it was a weak QB year, it appears. For better or worse, we have EJ until the 2016 draft. Until then, I'll be rooting for him to succeed, and hopefully he does. Edit: Adding... Since we don't have a FIRST ROUND draft pick until 2016, and we're likely not to bring in a sure thing QB in FA. I hope EJ gets every first team snap while healthy. Give him every opportunity for three years, and see what happens. It's not guaranteed success, but it's our best shot.
  2. Don't freak out too much about the low overall grade. Rookies get bumped lower due to ratings that favor vets, like awareness, experience, etc. His speed, route running, hands, etc are what counts. He'll play as elite.
  3. I can just imagine the drama fest if EJ was honest (or any player, for that matter). "I have 1.2 seconds to throw, this OL stinks. My WRs can't catch, other than the rookie. I'm not very confident in my WRs, which doesn't help when added to my mediocre deep field accuracy"
  4. That's the way I read it. But, I'm not paid to have opinions and report the news, so I'll just assume I'm wrong.
  5. Where's the "whomever earns it" option?
  6. If that holds up, things are going to get very ugly, very quickly, when it comes to healthcare, and the economics of lower and middle classes. At the very least, the next couple years will be entertaining.
  7. I bet the NFL doesn't allow it, they'd rather charge people $20 to watch it in some streaming service.
  8. I'm kinda glad that Henderson is getting starting reps opportunity right now, because I'm also hoping Glenn will be fine... Also, sounds like EJ is struggling from today's tweets... though with all the OL struggles, I wonder if it's all EJ, or not. Seems like the reporters are pinning it on him... Unfortunately/Fortunately for us, we're probably stuck with EJ until the 2016 draft.
  9. That's not news. From what I gather here, and on Twitter, EJ is the only QB in the history of the NFL to make mistakes in training camp.
  10. Only articles written by Republicans and Tea Party members are to be trusted.
  11. I'd think TJ, unless one of the others does something amazing in camp/pre-season. He's the only one with significant NFL experience.
  12. I'd be a fan until they move the team, at the very least. Probably would after, as well, but it'd be weird. :/
  13. Big Ben was a better rookie, but he also played on a better team, and wasn't coached by unknowns/idiots.
  14. I think they would move the team as soon as it makes fiscal sense... ie whenever that smaller penalty window happens, vs the big penalty. If I'll support the team after that, who knows.
  15. Henderson is back on the field, according to tweets.
  16. Hopefully minus the off field stupidity...
  17. Your write-ups are my favorite part of the pre-season
  18. I thought Barden was a lock to be a breakout guy since he's tall or something? Or was that another Bills bench warmer?
  19. I don't think the Bills make the playoffs unless he is a top 15 QB.
  20. In the ideal world, less guns would be better. In reality, there's no way for us to make that happen in the US, so I understand why people want to arm themselves for protection. Personally, I'll never own one.
  21. I don't see them giving up on Gragg already.
  22. Basically how I feel. I don't always agree with the changes, but at least they aren't afraid to make changes. I'm still very much enjoying the sport, so I'm not too up in arms, yet.
  23. All I know is, I'm extremely grateful. Even though we have our share of warts, we don't have to deal with what much of the world deals with.
