  1. A tell for what? I don't think Obama's been a success. The question was rather simple, comparing what it seems to be, the two worst presidents of all time according to opinions in the very loud media circus/social media sphere. I'm not worried that Obama is a bad president, or a good president, or whatever. All I care about is America finding success, because I live here, so it's in my best interest. Obama, Bush, Clinton, Reagan, etc all seemed like charming individuals, but that's about as far as I go in actually caring about them. I think Bush did a worse job than Obama for this country, anyone with eyes can tell that that's my opinion. I didn't want to get into major arguments and distract from the discussion, so I backed off anytime I gave an opinion. You may be playing poker, but I'm not. I've been largely observing the game, and that's about it. I find there to be little reason in actually participating in American politics these days, as it's been overrun by the lobbyist cycle, and it's hard for anyone to actually get representation (again, that's for both left and right).
  2. We complain if we don't make these sorts of lists "NO RESPECT!!!!!!1!!!" We complain if we do make these lists "OVERRATED!!!!!!!1!!!" No winning with this crowd.
  3. I'm progressive, but I find Democrats to largely be compromised, weak willed, and counter productive. I think there's all of one Democrat that I actually like heh.
  4. To be perfectly honest, my actual opinion of Obama as a president is a C. He's not done very well, but he's also not greatly harmed this country (again, imo) like Bush did before him. To me, though, a C is not good enough, and America needs better. But, no matter how good a President is, our congress is a ridiculous mess (both left and right), so even an A++++ president likely wouldn't get anything done. The reason I asked the question and made the poll here, is because for the most part all the posts here I see are very very very negative towards Obama, so I wanted to see how people felt in comparison to Bush, that's about it. This place is definitely right leaning (and there's nothing wrong with that), so I tend to do more reading than I do posting, as my opinions would likely get drowned out in quick manner. At the very least this place lets me understand "the other side" a bit better, and gives me a more well rounded view in the end.
  5. Your logical posts are not welcome here. Only people who think EJ is a bust, and we must replace him immediately are welcome here. We should have drafted.. uh... that one guy, who is... uh, guaranteed for success, because.. bandwidth?
  6. Gonna be amusing if they finish with a better record than the Bills. And sad. :\
  7. Best contact hitter I've ever seen... grew up in San Diego, as a Dodgers fan... but I loved Tony Gwynn... Not a flashy guy. Genuine, nice, respectful. He could hit any pitch, he could hit anywhere on the field. He was also surprisingly fast for a chubby fellow... I always enjoyed watching him play, even if it caused a fair share of Dodger losses RIP
  8. I get the impression that most Bills fans already think EJ is the worst QB in the league.
  9. Playing soccer is a boat load of fun. Watching soccer in person, in the right crowd, is a fun time. Watching soccer in person, with a bored crowd, is boring. Watching soccer at home is worse than golf.
  10. What QBs that are on the market are guaranteed upgrades from Thad?
  11. Dammit, I can't believe EJ Manuel fumbled 32 times. What an !@#$.
  12. So basically EJ sucks, because OTAs, and he has no chance at getting better, because OTAs, and we should cut our losses, because OTAs, and sign Nassib, or Tebow, or something. (Or, you know, we should give EJ two or three years, like basically all rookie first round QBs get, and go from there)
  13. Wow... never thought of this before. Has anyone else?
  14. Well that suddenly makes this not as exciting. :|
  15. A copy of Lucas Oil Stadium would be fantastic.
  16. I'd really like a retractable roof stadium. Keep it open for most games, close it for games with really bad weather (hey, we all know there's no real advantage for us in bad weather anymore, even if I really like watching snow games). Use the stadium for a variety of purposes, if possible, during the off season. Hopefully this all happens
  17. He's had a few health issues, he doesn't like the spotlight... I could see it. I wouldn't blame him, at all, especially if he's gotten what he wants out of the game (money in the bank, and a championship). He might not retire this year, but I could see him playing out his contract and walking off into the sunset. Lynch may not be flashy, but he's always been a reliable work horse. Someone you can pound all game with. He doesn't break a huge amount of tackles at the line, but churns his legs in the second level and can wear a defense down/help control the clock. I've always admired the way he plays/runs.
  18. Even with the hiccups, I really enjoyed the digital version that came with Madden last year. Hopefully there's a digital version available again this year, in some fashion.
  19. Really? I'm sure Native Americans would disagree with your assertion that our European ancesestors came over here "legally".
