  1. If I keep my expectations low every year, I'm not disappointed
  2. Enjoy the photography in general, also props to folks like Fielder for taking part in the project. Good work
  3. My prediction is still Lebron stays with the Heat, gets max-ish contract. Bosh stays, takes a little pay cut. Wade stays, takes a huge pay cut. Melo stays in NYC for big money, or goes to Chicago for championship aspirations. LA doesn't truly offer him anything.
  4. Looks energetic, that's great! Here's hoping for good news come August.
  5. Dunno... every year power rankings predict the Bills to suck, and the Bills suck every year.... maybe they aren't as inaccurate as one would think.
  6. I don't see anything wrong with that. Major questions at: QB OL WR TE LB CB S P Not saying all of the above are guaranteed weak spots, but we certainly have no guarantee of success. Beyond that, we have an offensive coaching staff that is unproven, and a defensive scheme change for the 4th? (or is it 5th?) season in a row. Any ranking for us going into the season should be very very low. We'll see what happens in the pre-season, that'll give us some better clues as to what to expect.
  7. I hate fantasy football and I love Red Zone. Well this is awkward.
  8. Thought this was amusing, and I'd share: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/07/08/brandon-smith-mars-climate-change_n_5568058.html
  9. 1st qtr for the first couple games. 1st half for the rest.
  10. Hopefully there's a digital only version... Otherwise, if there isn't... would anyone be willing to pay for "Max" and let someone "buy" the digital login from you?
  11. When a team is the biggest embarrassment to the NFL, it's pretty easy to make sour predictions. Why should we get the benefit of the doubt?
  12. If the wheels are going to come off, I'd rather we do it next season so we can at least start fresh with a nice shiny 1st round draft pick. I agree with much of what you say, though. This is a rather poorly run organization, and it starts at the top. We have some pretty glaring holes at important positions. Our coaches are questionable at best. We do not have an easy schedule. I could easily see us come away with a 4 win season. BUT... if those question marks have positive answers, I could easily see us with 10 wins. Either way, I'll be watching and rooting, and hoping for the best.
  13. We should make a pool... who's next? We all know we'll have at least 2 more season ending injuries of starters.
  14. That's why I just shook my head and laughed.
  15. Yup. That's a bigger problem than either party, but yes.
  16. I'm going to let white have it's time for a while.
  17. I'm advocating for kicking democrats out of office. They haven't gotten the job done, I want to see if the republicans (or any other party that wants to step up and actually make a dent in our politics) can get things turned around. I'm being genuine in saying this. The democrats have failed us. And I say that as a progressive/liberal/socialist/whatever you want to identify me as. Oh, and for what it's worth... I'm not a democrat, my ideals line up more with the green party. But unfortunately, voting for any independent party right now is basically throwing a vote away.
  18. Gym membership sales tax is not the same as taxing exercise. If they choose to tax luxuries, over increasing the overall sales tax, I'm all for it.
  19. I really respect PFF... So when I see them be so down on EJ, I start to worry a bit. Because everything else they post (again, imo) seems to be gold.
  20. It could get a lot better than right now. If we had a Republican Senate, and a Republican President, there would be less harmful regulations, lower taxes, less welfare queens, peace in the middle east, and secure borders.
  21. I'm very interested to see what happens when the Republicans control POTUS, both houses, and SCOTUS. It should guarantee a rather utopian time for Americans.
