Unsurprisingly, even though the voices in the threads seem to dominate as anti EJ, the poll results show that most fans want to go with EJ. He's what, 13 games into his career? He's posted a 90 QB rating so far, has minimized mistakes, helped us win two games, and couldn't put it together to win us the third. As I posted in another thread, almost all of the other superbowl winning QBs in the modern era had to develop over their first few seasons, but it seems people forget that in this era where Russell Wilson, and to a lesser extent, Luck/Kaepernick/RGIII, have had early success. It's a win now league, if you aren't an immediate success, you're a bust. If you don't coach to immediate success, you're a failure.

After three games, here are EJ's projected season stats: CMP ATT YDS CMP% AVG TD LNG INT RAT 293 464 3,269 63.2 7.05 16 37 5 90.8

The AFCE isn't that strong of a division, our best bet for the playoffs is through New England, imo.

Ditto. Before the season started, I was thinking we would be 1-2 at this point. And, we're tied for first in the AFCE.

Personally, I'm sticking with EJ for now. But I see a lot of people who are very upset, so lets do a poll.

Why am I not surprised to see dudes call for Orton already. He's had two good games (which we won) and one bad game (which we lost), and we're 2-1. The Chargers are damned good, so I'm not too upset. We have some winnable games coming up, let's see how it goes.

The OL was pretty poor in pass protection. Can't be giving up that much pressure with a mostly 4 man rush.

This was a very poor game by EJ. Two good games, and one bad game by EJ this year, so far.

Pretty poor showing from EJ. Stats don't look terrible, but he missed a bunch of opportunities to get us in position to win this game. Also, the offensive line has been pretty bad.

No sky is falling, it's one game, it's likely a loss, sure as **** don't expect to go undefeated. We have some winnable games coming up, and some of the better teams in the league are looking weaker than we originally thought, and this San Diego team is looking very impressive.
