  1. I give him a 7 Now before anyone jumps on me, some of this isn't his own fault - Obscenely high expectations, after all he needs to produce the same as two first rounders and a 3rd (is that right? 3rd? forget...) - Nagging injuries. Hopefully this is just a fluke... but ribs, groin, hamstring, whatever, it's hindering his abilities this year. - Has made a couple bone headed drops/half efforts But, overall, he appears to be a good WR, with good hands. Has he been worth the cost so far? Nope. Will he in the future? We'll find out. He could certainly use a better QB throwing him the ball, though.
  2. He isn't wrong. He's had a handful of really good games. But he's had way more bad games.
  3. None of our QBs can hit a downfield throw, so why bother throwing it?
  4. ****, I thought when we traded for him we were able to cut ties and not take on next years money. Awesome job FO/Management. :|
  5. Love that the first few photos are car crunched up, and him on a stretcher... then 30 seconds later, just kidding, he was ok, here's him smiling, it was a just a precaution. Apparently this happened right outside the Observer's building... so my theory... it was a reporter who ran the red light, trying to make some news happen.
  6. The other car is pretty well damaged too, but looks like the rear of it... have to wonder if Cam was paying attention, even if the other driver did pull out in front of him.
  7. It's one of those sites you can plug a name and location into and generate a story
  8. NoSaint, that's a spoof link.
  9. Sounds pretty bad, but not life threatening, hopefully he heals quickly and his career continues.
  10. I probably should have said "healthy" with quotes, but I think you know what I mean.
  11. Because only one of them is showing any promise so far.
  12. Fast/Healthy is exactly why Subway is now the king of fast food.
  13. Our coaches need to do a better job of coaching our players to not make really dumb mistakes like that. So many avoidable calls, we could have won that game, we had our opportunities.
  14. I think no huddle would work better for Orton and this offense, BUT, that doesn't mean running a hurry up offense. That's what people often forget when installing no-huddle (ahem, Hackett)... doesn't mean you have to get the play off in 5 seconds.
  15. I eat there a couple times a year, but if I'm going out to spend $5-10 on a McDonalds meal, I might as well go a place that's 100x better, for $10-15, or just stay at home. McDonalds is only good for convenient calorie intake, and that's about it.
  16. Infrastructure is a huge need, and from what I've seen all walks of political life agree on it... it's crazy that it continues to be a big problem here. One can only assume money that is supposed to go towards infrastructure is lining someone's pockets and/or other money that is supposed to go to infrastructure gets re-routed into other spending with shinier political ramifications. It's rather frustrating.
  17. If Gay hit that kick just slightly harder, he had a good chance of recovering it... I have no problem with that play design.
  18. No way can I rank these guys, they are all basically the same... flawed coaches, with flawed staffs, and inconsistent roster talent. Better LB now, worse OL now, better WR now, that's about it, right?
  19. EJ was strung up because he threw floaters... now KO is strung up because he throws a "flat ball". Guess we're looking for a guy that throws a... medium ball? O.o
  20. Basically we're screwed until we can draft AND develop a successful QB. We may be able to draft a guy (EJ still is qualified on paper), but in no way can our joke of a coaching staff develop a QB.
  21. If Gilmore would have hit Manning on the return, he would have gotten a penalty. The idea is to not force anything after getting an INT and a return like that, secure the ball and let your offense do the rest. That being said, our offense blows, so....
