    I feel like both parties lack decent candidates... I wonder if a third party's candidate might actually get some decent results this year (not win, of course, too much money tied up in the Democratic and Republican parties)

    I will choose the Pats as week 1/home opener until Brady retires. It immediately tells us if we are for real or not, imo. Some would say the Jets are the better team.

    Unfortunately without a QB, all the talent in the world might not matter. But, thankfully, both Rex and Roman have experience with mediocre talent at the position. So here's hoping!

    At the very least, the large changes should be interesting this year.

    Hope so! It's just tough to predict until we see Roman's offense installed. So all we have to go by is, who is our weakest link on paper?

    Like everyone else says, this offense is weakest at QB... Stack the box and force the QB to beat you. Blitz all day, stop the run, ignore the WRs until the QB can prove he can handle it.

    Personally, I'd put Dareus at a higher priority than Gilmore... isn't Gilmore an option next year, or is it a player option?

    I'm under the impression that we're not really having expectations of him, but rather identifying a possible diamond in the rough talent. Likely he'll not stay on the roster at the start of the regular season, but if he impresses in camp/preseason, he could be our #2 or even #1.

    I'm thinking similar... a chip on his shoulder will lead to a few bad decisions... but a few bad decisions by a young player? Totally normal as they gain experience.

    I just hope we knock it out of the park with the next two drafts, because I assume we'll be losing one or two of our "young studs" next off season (not being pessimistic with that, just that's how the NFL goes).
