  1. Living in DC, I'm definitely making plans to go to the game here... but I'm also thinking Philly. I'd like to get back up to Buffalo for a game, but that's always kind of annoying, logistically.
  2. I don't always agree with Rubio's political stances, but I gotta give the guy respect for his life story, he definitely came from humble beginnings, like Obama, it's refreshing compared to the Clintons and Bushes of the country.
  3. If you're bored, you can look at the revisions and user history. Couple interesting names in there. http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Law_of_averages&action=history
  4. !@#$ing fantastic series. Was a bit let down by the finale, but episodes 2-12 were absolutely great.
  5. I love that no matter what EJ does, people will crap on it. EJ not having a QB coach? Crap. EJ working out with WRs over the offseason? Crap. EJ working with a QB coach? Crap.
  6. He's a good special teams player that can play at WR and QB in an emergency. Not sure I get all the hate.
  7. Actually, looking at the schedule... I see two games that are "should wins", and the rest as 50/50. So I'm revising my prediction to 9-7
  8. Day one of team meetings then?
  9. Not following police orders is now a death sentence, got it. I should have been shot a couple times in my youth, then.
  10. I asked it before, and no one answered... but I wonder when players get playbooks and film to study. Is it the first day of voluntary workouts? Is there a point before or after that when that happens?
  11. You could go through every round of every draft and find a way to say every GM sucks with logic like that. Good work.
  12. He can be re-graded after the upcoming season, it is just a forum poll afterall.
  13. OL is one of our biggest needs, so no I wouldn't. We already have a few young guys on the roster that we need to see if they can develop as well. We don't have many other positions of need... could use some depth at LB and TE, but other than that I feel pretty good about drafting the best OL available for the first couple of picks.
  14. You really do give liberals a bad name.
  15. Um, if it's after one season, then it's before another season, not really sure there's ever a time to grade based on your requirement. We are after last season, and before the next season, currently.
  16. I'm really curious who we should have picked up in the last two years that is more of a guarantee than Kolb, EJ, Orton, Cassel. None of those names are great, but they are definitely near the top of the pile of currently mediocre. And certainly none of the rookies are guarantees, it's always a crap shoot there. So if Whaley is to be fired for not batting 100% on the QB position, then we'll be going through a new GM every couple of years until we luck into a future hall of famer.
  17. The craziest part, to me, isn't the fact that the cop shot a fleeing 50 year old, instead of pursuing... it's the fact that he casually walk/jogged back to the dropped taser, then walked back to the dead body and tossed it on the ground by him.
  18. That's basically where I'm sitting right now. Hopefully he works out, he's shown flashes. If he does, that puts us in great shape. If he's not amazing, then at the very least he's a cheap/solid backup for a few years, which is something that is also needed.
  19. At the very least we've gone from 7-9/6-10 to 9-7 last year, being 9-7 AND seemingly improving the team on paper gives me hope
  20. I look at this, and I see potential. Stuff that he could improve on given experience.
  21. Indeed. How did "run him until he pukes" go in 2013?
