Not sure about the rest of y'all but it almost looked as if Diggs is a bit gun shy ! If we notice Diggs never takes a big hit he almost always gets down before the defender can hit him which for health reasons is a good thing but the one drop he had in the game the other night was like he was anticipating getting hit & lost his concentration and dropped the pass . Not sure if that is what his problem is but something was not right with him from the halfway point of the season on he just wasn't as he's said "That Guy" when the Bills needed him & it could be the age thing . He's going up against younger guys and maybe he just can't beat them any more . The draft is coming & has the next Diggs somewhere in it & i hope they find a couple of those guys to go with what they have on the roster now & i hope they can get a DT, DE, or CB a bit later that can help make a difference for years to come ...

Although i agree with you that it is a talent disparity i don't think either should be fired, after what they have put in place here from what it was & that each year both seem to learn from their short comings moving forward is a good thing . Oh & as we all know hind sight is 20-20 and we can all second guess the picks . They do need to get some more elite talent in the draft to stay relevant & i feel Beane will do that and the injury thing just sucks and as the team gets older they will probably be there just because . Beane has found some foundational players like Torrence, Rousseau, Ed, but yes we need a player that can't be shut down like Ed, & Diggs were . I think the Bills are very close and the changed made to this point are all for the betterment of the team moving forward . Frazier is gone IMHO because McD saw time & again that he wasn't as aggressive the times he needed to be hence the 13 second game so McD made a change, Dorsey wasn't getting it done so again he made a change . Now get a couple of top notch WR's in the draft and some good defensive players that will be difference makers & i think it can be different and better for the over all cap situation and the future .

Teams like the Chiefs just seem to have another gear when it comes to the play offs & the hook up between Mahomes & Kelsey just historically great team mates . Kelsey is a beast he did yesterday to the Ravens D that looked almost unbeatable the week before & made them look like the second best team in that game those guys just know how to turn it up and their defense has some studs on it that the Bills don't have . Especially this year due to injury . Von was suppose to be the Chris Jones for the Bills & even though Ed was paid & had a good season they man handled him & our D ! Which i for one will give a pass with all of the injuries, it's hard for your D to be good with your 4th & 5th LBer & your 3rd & 4th CB's on your depth chart playing for your pro bowl players that have been lost to injury .

Maybe so but if he wins he'll have something that Josh, Lamar, Borrow, Hurts, don't have a Super Bowl Ring ... So he will be in a conversation of WINNING Super Bowl QB's & the others won't . But right now that's still a what if ? And if he does lose he will still be 1 up on most because he at least made it to the big game and most of the others won't be able to say it . One thing i will give you though, can you imagine the 49er's offense with Josh at QB with all those weapons ? 😎

Wouldn't Palmer be that guy ? Josh usually works with him every off season & Palmer in no uncertain terms tells him just exactly where 7 how he's screwing up as far as his mechanics and all so he already has that but yes because of the vacancy they could use a good QB coach . So once again why not Frank ?

Yah that's what Tasker had said . He actually said that he wouldn't put Purdy in the same conversation with the likes of Josh, Mahomes, Lamar, and others . Hows that working out for y'all ? The guy has got game i don't care what y'all say & in the end i would love to see him beat Mahomes then y'all could eat those words about him not being all that & holding his team back . If Purdy does happen to win the SB that will be quite the story to go from Mr Irrelevant to Super bowl Champion QB .

Well it sure doesn't help when the offensive players drop wide open passes or even the contested catches that they usually catch so i'd say they share the blame and it's not Josh he put the ball IN THEIR HANDS & they have 2 jobs get open, & CATCH THE BALL . Sheffield had 2 drops, Diggs couple, & Cook 1 that's 5 chances at a game winning score and that's not on the coaches or the D so i'd say there is something to those that say it's on the offense because in part it was ...

After that kind of thing i would find some kind of reason to dump his ass like a sack of potatoes fallen of the truck and i bet the GM will be having a talk with him about this but it won't change who Toney really is all about me type as it seems to be . Why not Frank ?? Wasn't he the QB coach in Philly before he became the OC ? Then if by chance Brady doesn't work out we have our OC in place again & if the Mafia gets their way a possible HC candidate .

Now let McD hire Bellichek as the D coordinator & there can be a Brady , Bellichek reunion of sorts and he can be the assistant HC too .

This just shows exactly how much fans truly know about football & how hard it is just to get to the big game . Both coaches got their respective teams into the play offs and you can't get to the SB if you don't first get to the play offs . In Bills territory the team would be stuck constantly in a drought unless of course there was some luck involved & they did get it right like Gruden did but that doesn't happen nearly as much as it goes the opposite way .

How they need to figure that out is put out a B**CH meter that would tell the full story about the best & worst fan !!

It was proven this season that a vet isn't always the way to go . Harty & Sheffield should be on the first plane out of Bills territory ! Sure they might have a good work ethic, always on time or early but if you can't catch the ball when given the opportunity then it's all for naught . They need to look for rookies that have really good skills bring them in and coach them up it's better for the cap & the future of the team . Beans has found the likes of some really good players late in the draft and will continue to do the same & the rookies seem to develop to do better than the vets because they have something to prove .

Yep and it will prove if he does lose that they should have just moved on from him because like McD he will be just another crappy HC in the NFL because he can't get his team to the big game & just the play offs . Hell he should have been gone last year when the Bills knocked him out of the play offs if they would have fired him last year maybe they would have been in the pay offs this season . I was just reading the average time a coach is given in the NFL to be a winner is 3 years and that fits with Bills fans wanting McD gone, the drought years in B/Lo that was about as long as any of the coaches stayed and it took 17 years well Ralph fired 1 of the better coaches we had but from then till now was way to long . I never understood why any owner would fire a winning coach even if they have a bad season i would rather be a winner and make the play offs than be on the out side looking in . If your not in the play offs you have no chance of making it to the big game at least if your in it you have a better chance at winning it . To this point the 13 second game was the best this team has looked, i think that laps was more on Frazier playing like a prevent D rather than being aggressive & that is one big reason why Frazier is gone & McD took over because he realized although being #1 D in the NFL is a good thing crunch time is when it counts . But i as a Bills fan would be totally happy with 1 SB win yes yes yes ... But i am not willing to go backwards to get it ! There is no guarantee by changing the HC that they have any better chance at getting there than with what they have here now . The stability to me is huge which i feel is one reason why teams like the Steelers, Baltimore, Bills, Pats (for a long time) and other teams are successful because they don't have a lot of change when they find something that works .

If Hines does come back then get rid of Harty, he for sure can't be any worse than Harty was at running back kicks . But with that i would rather see Ty Johnson come back the guy was a improvement for the running game this year but kick returns could be much better !!

The guy that was hired to run ST's needs to be gone ! This version of ST's has been nothing but a dumpster fire most of the year and it was better with some of the players that are on the team but since they got this guy not so much .

No one has a long long time in the NFL but we have a good amount of time with Josh being what 27 ? How long did it take Elway to win a championship & he retired when he was 38 so there's 11 years if Josh stays healthy . Favre was 41 some say he stayed to long but he was Farve till the end you could never count the guy out . So it's not like Josh only has 3 more years, sure i would like just the same as all the Bills fans to win a SB but i'm not willing to continually start all over with the coaching thing . We lived 17 years of that crap & we finally have a good team as far as Beane & McD and the Pegs are willing to give them each everything they need to win, so i'll live right where we are until they get there or just can't have winning seasons & think they will get there .

Beans said they won't be making ay splashes in FA and after the Sheffield/Harty experiment i can say i can't really blame them . Beans has 10 draft picks i'm sure he has already started & may even know the guy they would like in the draft or guys on their radar . Given where the cap is & all i could see a heavy influx of rookies & rookie UDFA this season, until they can get Von & Diggs money paid out Beane will have to work is magic & cheap rookie labor is the best solution moving forward because the Bills aren't getting any younger literally .

What do you want ? The defense this year under McD was much more aggressive and i would be totally willing to bet you that if Millano, Tre, Jones, and Von would have been at 100% this season the Bills would still be playing right now . Then given what happened with Dorcey getting fired if you didn't notice difference in the offense after that then you need to rematch the games . If Brady is kept on as the OC which i for one hopes does happen plus given what Josh, Kalil, & other players have said in their endorsements of Brady i would like to see 100% of his version of offense with Josh . So there's 2 things that have changed just this season which i'm pretty sure with all healthy this team would be better . McD isn't the one that told Brady to run he said in his interview they are a pass first team & you have to pass to win but you need a good run game too in order to win which was another change when Brady took over . I feel they look at themselves and their choices harder than anyone else ever could because they both had to always do better to get where they are & they learned under some of the best coaches out there Reid, Johnson, and others . So i'll give him the time rather than throwing away all the progress we've made .
