One would think that if you spent a first round pick on a player & have now invested 5 yrs in his progress in becoming a pro bowl LB then yes i'm sure this is a hard decision for Beane but the biggest determination for him staying is how much cap room the magician can come up with . I feel that there are alternatives though this years draft has some other LB's that are about the same build wise & can cover as good as Edmonds i would like to see him stay but the cap is the one that makes this decision & we know Edmunds will try to be 1 of if not the highest paid LB in the league . It's all about the money !! Loyalty to a team is a thing of the past the last player that we have watched that stayed i believe in part because of his loyalty was Kyle Williams the only other one that we may see stay his entire career is Josh but i wouldn't bet on that either because at the end of a QB"s career they seem to move around like Brady, Rogers, & others ...

There should be a couple of players already on the roster that have contracts like Siran Neal that know the D & could fit in pretty quickly i would think he could also help Benford transition to that position but i think he would be a good one to fit in before the pre season starts to get acclimated to the scheme .

There were some very uncharacteristic drops this past year some very routine completions at times seemed to be very hard to come by then you have Diggs which today i rematched the Vikings game he had a 1 handed grab that was unreal that guy is money all day every day . But the rest of them i hope to see come back to their normal selves when it comes to snagging passes Gabe & Knox both had a couple but i have faith in them then add Shakir if he gets his chances i think he will be more productive this season . I like Mckenzie but i think they can do better for the money yes he does returns but so does Shakir so save the money get a young up & comer in the draft & or maybe a Vet on a minimum/prove it type contract like OBJ with incentives in the contract for completions & yards . I think that could be done .

Have you included how parenting has changed & that there is no longer any consequences for the all inclusive generation of kids now days ? None of the kids are taught that you can lose or not be first, you are not always worthy of a trophy, & if you do something bad your consequence will in no way fit the crime only to have a toy or iPad taken away or maybe if your real bad you will need to sit in time out . Along with the fact that some parents that do have fire arms first don't know as much about them & second are afraid of them enough to not teach their children exactly how powerful they are (unlike the guns on their video games) because they don't teach about the bad things that life can deliver in our time here and put forth a every thing is good because of the trophy you get just for being there that has nothing to do with actually trying . Could the higher rate of gun violence be attributed to back in 2018 parents were more aware & taught their children in a way to know consequences to their individual actions & disciplined in a way to stop these things from happening & didn't just give them a iPad as to not bother their tweeter & tik tok time ? What a DUM ASS !!

Isn't it so convenient how the audio cuts out to not allow us to here his entire answer & that by him saying to cut their funds so they will come to the table & talk . Well there is one thing i have never been able to understand about the NFL they have all of these banned substances on a list that these guys can't take & may even invest by accident true no knowing that it is in something they eat & yet if they are playing and get a injury they can just run into the locker room or in the blue tent & get a shot of pain killer or take a pill to kill the pain & continue playing . We could use the Brett Favre version of this to see exactly how one might become dependent on these drugs which are okay in the NFL's eyes to keep the good players on the field to sell their product & to hell with what might become of their long term health talk about a double standard . This may be in part what this guy is saying as far as the long term effects of taking these pain killers to continue playing despite your body having something wrong with it that they can no longer feel because of the drugs & it doing more damage because they continue to play . Yet pot is bad go figure ... Almost makes as much sense as some of their recent rules around certain protocols .

Seeing as he did pretty well in his rookie season when thrown into he fire & that he started out last year with a back injury that needed time to heal & he missed most all of the pre season with a new O line coach with a different blocking scheme i'm willing to give him another shot at a fully healthy off season & a full preseason to get prepared . But i think Beane will be looking for a few more good O linemen both in the draft & FA .

Well when your getting ready to retire a lot of them either go to Fl. or Az. & he's closer to the end than the beginning of his career & has been a good player for the Bills but i think it's time to move on start getting the next generation in Buffalo to keep it rolling . It's definitely not going to get any easier going forward for the Bills i heard that this years schedule has 3 of the final 4 teams in the play offs so strength of schedule is going to be a BIOTCH this year in order for them to stay ahead of the class even in the east .

I would love to see a really good RB in this scheme too if one would fall to the Bills maybe again in the second round or later a really good back can make up for some O line deficiencies in the run game . I've got a man crush on Robinson from Texas but i'm afraid he will be gone & i don't think the Bills would take him anyway even if he was sitting there at our pick Beanes RB's have been mediocre at best Cook may be his best pick at the position since he's been here .

I like Ed but he hasn't lived up to his draft status & to this point of his career he's not very relevant unless there is someone else helping him out weather it be on the inside like Phillips or Von taking attention away from him . I would like to see the Bills trade him to free up the cap space & get a much bigger guy inside for better money & maybe more upside . I've always wanted the Bills to try Ed as a edge rusher given his first step is so good but i don't see that ever happening & i think they know his ceiling & it's time for a change .

I hope that both of them this year have a really good year Davis i believe will be motivated because of his drops to be better in holding onto the ball & Shakir along with the help from Moulds and all the talk of how good he was being the steal of the draft can become that guy to be what Beasely was for Josh . I hope they trade Mckenzie though i haven't seen anything that shows he is worth the contract he got to be the slot guy based on his 1 great game against N.E. Time to get anther rookie in his place .

Oh and you laugh at Tenn. being a go to state both for those leaving other states & businesses moving here do some research num nuts & you'll see Tenn. is in a much better place fiscally than any states that you think are doing better or have your support like those i mentioned & after words let me know your findings . I remember a day standing at a check out in Walmart 2 people had just moved from Cali & had said - "We had to get out of Cali the gov't there is so screwed up & we can no longer afford to live there due to the high taxes & gas prices we looked & Tenn. was one of the best states to move to" . Which now because of so many people wanting to move here the prices of real-estate & rent is out rageous & people are now looking to move out side of the Nashville area but i believe that is in part a lot to do with the greed of developers charging prices well above what properties a really worth .
