Defense was excellent until the injuries. beane brought all the same guys back (almost) which looked great but they have been injury prone and the same guys are injured again. He needed to bring in similar players with the same skill set.

You could say the same about the defense. its the system that matters.

That is irrelevant. i want an aggressive coach and his defense is excellent. He took our bum defenders and made them into stars.

Trading up and drafting is Beane 's biggest weakness. He can build a solid roster but drafting is not been good. I dont even think about 13 seconds , all that matters is winning this year. Cant sacrifice the present for the future.

Id get rid of Beane, whos draft record is suspect, and panics by trading up every year. And hire Jim Schwartz as HC and Brian Fleury as OC to bring in the 49s system. McDermott was what we needed to get right from the draught, but he cant seem to get over the top. Hes like Tony Dungy except Tony didn't have a good QB until Peyton but still only won one. I still really like McDermott and am not totally down on him but it seems he has not been able to improve daily like he said he would.

winning the Superbowl is all that matters and they have been to two and won one since Beane has been here . I rather win and reload than not win at all.

Exactly, draft picks are overrated and beane hasnt been great with them anyway. He does better free agency. Bring in Suh

i agree but still like the designed runs that got him out in space. he took that dumb hit during the jets game blamed ALL of his poor play for that game on that and running too much. maybe they are saving it for the playoffs but i doubt it. he also injured his shoulder , like a knucklehead, last week defending Spencer Brown. At least use your left shoulder.

Josh needed to run less but not this much less. he definitely has overcompensated since the jets game . he definitely has lost a lot of his specialness time to give Isabella a crack after Thursday night.
