he has been inconsistent, some games he's on point others. I think he pressing to hard to make things happen and then refusing to run has taken his magic away. he needs to run more, but avoid getting every single yard and then take what the defense gives.

DT CB. I really want a WR but i think Kincaid emerges as number 2 and the offense gets back to normal. The knox injury will be a blessing in disguise. So we desperately need to shore up the defense. Maybe we bring in Suh and then can get a WR and CB

Defense was excellent until the injuries. beane brought all the same guys back (almost) which looked great but they have been injury prone and the same guys are injured again. He needed to bring in similar players with the same skill set.

You could say the same about the defense. its the system that matters.

That is irrelevant. i want an aggressive coach and his defense is excellent. He took our bum defenders and made them into stars.

Trading up and drafting is Beane 's biggest weakness. He can build a solid roster but drafting is not been good. I dont even think about 13 seconds , all that matters is winning this year. Cant sacrifice the present for the future.

Id get rid of Beane, whos draft record is suspect, and panics by trading up every year. And hire Jim Schwartz as HC and Brian Fleury as OC to bring in the 49s system. McDermott was what we needed to get right from the draught, but he cant seem to get over the top. Hes like Tony Dungy except Tony didn't have a good QB until Peyton but still only won one. I still really like McDermott and am not totally down on him but it seems he has not been able to improve daily like he said he would.
