oh for sure, I guess I wasnt commenting on how good of a system it is, just that I really enjoy the advent of ESPN + because it gives me access to college basketball games that they arent showing on TV. It would be great if they would, but there arent enough ESPN channels to show allllll of the local games. I understand the sentiment about not wanting to pay for even more stuff after you already pay for cable and what not, I just dont really care that much about 4 bucks a month.

by bball I meant basketball, sorry, I thought people would understand thats what I meant by using "bball". Theres lots of college BASKETBALL on TV for sure, but by paying 4 dollars a month I can watch all of the UB BASKETBALL Games. I have no problem paying for this, and I know several of my friends who use it for this purpose as well.

I am not certain, Jordan Phillips in Arizona got permission and worked it out with the team and the league to go somewhere for a funeral a couple weeks back, but I don't know the particulars. Sure if someone wins 2.8 million in a lottery, its life changing money, but 2.8 million spread over a lifetime of earning is NOT a lot of money, regardless of how rich and out of touch with reality I am. Thats the point. We tend to think, "boy, Id play in the NFL for league minimum and be FINE!" Sure. If you got to play for 20 years. These guys dont. They need to make as much money as possible

700,000 a year for 4 years (average NFL career) isnt life changing money. These guys want to set up their families for generations, not just live in a nice medium sized house in a quaint neighborhood. There wont be any team friendly deals (maybe SLIGHTLY, but Josh will be getting paid money that really hampers the team building ability). QBs get PAID. Period.

yea we will agree to disagree about your first statement. As far as the second, you have valid concerns about the amount of TD passes the last 4 weeks. I would say there are a lot of factors that have went into that (weather, game plan, three TD passes being dropped, defenses adjusting for sure) aside from just "Allens regression". I dont think it was the coaching staff not having a clue how to change their gameplan though. But we will certainly find out over the next few games.
