  1. I don’t want any part of Weaver in round 2. I don’t want to take the risk that Weaver - a player who did well at mid D1 level without obvious athletic traits to allow him to do well in NFL - will somehow succeed.
  2. Maybe - but I don’t see anyone on the roster who they would be willing to trade that would fetch even a late 3rd. Who are you proposing that they will trade for a 3rd?
  3. Me too. Harrison Phillips is EXACTLY the kind of player the Bills want and need.
  4. I would not want to trade any more 2021 picks, so he would have to be an infomercial-level salesman to get another3rd without doing so.
  5. They don’t have remotely close to enough to do that.
  6. Not picking 3 times tonight- they don’t have the ammo to get back into round 3 unless they trade 4,5,both 6s and 7 and probably a player too.
  7. I would not be crazy about it, nor hate it if they picked him. You are ignoring the fact that they have little “draft capital” to do what you are suggesting.
  8. “Big nickel” importance aside, I think Dugger the 24 y.o. who dominated 20 y.o. in D2 is too risky and raw for 2nd round - at least for my taste. Is he a very good athlete? Yes. Is he ready to play in NFL? Probably not on defense. Are you interested in a 24 year old special teams player with your 2nd round pick?
  9. By 4th, it is almost a waste to take edge. I have read that their is talent in this edge class, but I think it isn’t that strong. I don’t think 3rd and 5th gets you close to 2nd round.
  10. I think he is a good fit if they know that he is healthy
  11. I don’t think McKinney will make it that far
  12. But, but, I thought only fools draft RBs before the 4th or 5th round - you can find them anywhere or so some have told us. BTW, I agree that there will be multiple teams picking backs in round 2.
  13. But can he do it at the NFL level? He is doesn’t look to be the prototypical athletic pass rusher, nor is he an especially powerful rusher. Can he continue to win with his savvy against much better competition thane he faced at Boise St?
  14. I think 54 is too rich for Dugger.
  15. I respectfully disagree - if a good OL is available, that can help the offense equally (or more) than a skill position. Still, I don’t expect to see an OT that is BPA at that point.
  16. Could Miami end up with Jeudy or Lamb?
  17. Oh my goodness, look at the size of his Dad!
  18. bad post, man. Have some heart.
  19. Empty pizza boxes and beer cans, but I bet he has a clean sweatshirt on
  20. That was a very nice letter. Shows quite a bit of maturity and character.
