All "winning culture" means is that the team believes it can win. Gaily used to say it, but there's a difference between saying and believing. That mindset is why the Pats usually win even when decimated by injuries & when Brady's not playing well. It's why when the Bills are up 7 late they lose and when the Pats are down 7 late they win. It's the difference between playing not to lose & playing to win. Anyone who's played competetive sports knows this.

The only team worse than the Bills over the last 8 games are the Texans. It makes sense the Bucs would feel this way. 4-12 wouldn't shock me at this point.

Ebron is smaller, faster, and quicker. He's like an oversized WR. Amaro is taller, has more of a basketball build, and utilizes his size more. Not to say he's slow, but he's not as fast as Ebron. I'd rather have Amaro just b/c he seems a little smoother, but both have a lot of potential.

Did he though? I'm genuinely curious. I've heard conflicting stories about him. Obviously we've all heard BFBF's sentiment. I've also heard he was a communist and that he was behind some pretty sketchy **** like bombing school busses - I'm not vouching for the claim because I can't confirm it. I'm anxious to hear what other who know more about it have to say.

If the point is that 10 teams picked in the 3rd before he came off the board therefore all 10 of those teams didn't think he was worthy of a 3rd, then it's flawed logic because it ignores the possibility that those teams may have just had greater needs at other positions. If on the other hand 10 GMs said he didn't have a 3rd rd grade, that's a different story.

Because he was a promising QB prospect available in the 3rd to a team w/ dire need at the position. Most teams that passed on him either had their guy, had drafted a QB early w/n the past 2 years, or drafted a QB in that draft. There's no indication that other teams thought he wasn't worthy of a 3rd...except the Bills.

Good thing this happened. It sends the right message, which is "if you don't perform we'll cut a 3rd stringer who has provided solid depth at his position & leadership in the locker room." I just wish it had happened sooner. Without Choice we could be 4-8 right now. If this is true we have the dumbest coaching staff in professional sports, quite possibly at any level.
