    I've never understood the longevity aspect of the Hall of Fame. I think a guy who dominated the league at his position for 4-5 years is far more impressive than a borderline pro-bowler who plays at a high level for 10+ years.

    While I find the prospect of adding a guy with that much talent exciting, I don't really care whether we sign him or not. The guy's a piece of ****. If he goes elsewhere we lose a shot at a great talent but I'll feel a lot more comfortable about team chemistry.

    If we're not taking into account his off field problems and chance of suspension, but only considered his on field talent, he's significantly better than Woods at most aspects of the WR position. If we did sign him he might be the most talented player on offense.

    I think if we hadn't signed RI and today we signed an OG who was a pro bowler not named Incognito that everyone would be singing a different tune.

    I've never understood that argument. Do you think he forgot how to play football? Or are you concerned that having a year to heal rather than take the beating of another NFL season is what did him in?

    Fred is the best example I can think of, of course I don't know what kind of a fighter he (or Wood) is. Harvin would probably tear EJ apart.
