  1. Addis Ababa. With this defense all we need is a game manager who can protect the ball and I think Ababa can be that guy.
  2. A strong vet won't give you the satisfaction of sporting a Lupati jersey.
  3. We all get it. You don't like Fred Jackson. But instead of stating your opinion and supporting it like most people you go the extra mile to be snarky, sarcastic, and gleeful about the eventual exodus of a player that the bulk of the fan base admires and respects. But apparently you get off on being a douche.
  4. If you stopped posting the board would be better for it. I doubt anyone would miss you.
  5. This thread is killing me. http://www.elearnenglishlanguage.com/blog/english-mistakes/than-vs-then/ Than vs Then The English words than and then look and sound a lot alike, but they are completely different. If this distinction is harder than it should be, read this lesson and then try again. Than Than is a conjunction used in comparisons: Tom is smarter than Bill. This is more important than you might think. Is she taller than you? Yes, she is taller than I. Technically, you should use the subject pronoun after than (e.g., I), as opposed to the object pronoun (me). However, English speakers commonly use the object pronoun. Then Then has numerous meanings. 1. At that point in time I wasnt ready then. Will you be home at noon? Ill call you then. 2. Next, afterward I went to the store, and then to the bank Do your homework and then go to bed 3. In addition, also, on top of that He told me he was leaving, and then that I owed him money It cost $5,000, and then theres tax too 4. In that case, therefore (often with "if") If you want to go, then youll have to finish your homework. Im hungry! Then you should eat.
  6. Thank God they have the sense to know not to treat a guiding principle like an absolute rule. Otherwise we'd have roughly $16 mil this year tied up in Byrd and Levitre.
  7. I just bought a couch the seller was asking $800 for. I got it for $650.
  8. C.J. could probably shed some light on that.
  9. Other than her husband and a vagina, What qualifies her in your mind?
  10. No. Once you click the submit button he's signed. I will not. Whenever a Bills player walks away from a competitive offer he's dead to me. I don't resent the man on a personal level because I don't know him or his situation, but as a fan I cheer for that guy to bust just like I cheer for the Pats to lose. Guys that get cut, traded, or are simply not offered a reasonable contract I usually cheer for even after they leave. Like SJ, Joique Bell, and TO.
  11. What? is he still under contract?
  12. David Harris Greg Hardy Mike Lupati
  13. Check out his game stats and see what part of the season his decline occurred in.
  14. All that mileage does give cause for concern. He didn't look like he was slowing down last year, but I'm reminded of L. Tomlinson in his late 20s
  15. Goodwin shouldn't be on that list. We swapped 3rds with the Rams which moved us from 71 to 78.
  16. This is like the debate between the people that think the Watkins trade was brilliant and those who think it was a catastrophe. With few exceptions (usually involving the Colts of late) a trade usually isn't that lopsided. The biggest loss here is cap space. Kiko being young is balanced by the fact that he'd command a hefty salary in a couple of years if he plays well enough to justify lamenting the loss of him.
  17. Having a RB who can get you 1700 yds where the alternative would have gotten you 1300 is a bigger advantage than a QB who gets 4200 yds instead of 3800, LMO.
  18. I think we're in agreement. I do think you've got a better chance of finding a good RB late in the draft than most other positions, but this business of great RBs being a dime a dozen is just an absurd overstatement. Guys like AP, Lynch, McCoy, and Bell make their teams substantially better and most teams don't have a guy like that. Sure you get the occasional Arian Foster or FJ, but those guys are still the exception rather than the rule.
  19. They don't need to invest in one. Apparently they grow on trees. You can pluck a UDFA at random and you're set.
  20. If this is true why doesn't every team have a great RB?
  21. I would have nominated Dean Cain, but I didn't get the memo.
  22. What's this mod thing you speak of? Are they taking nominations for a new board moderator? And I too wish him the best. He seemed like a decent Joe that was easy to pull for.
  23. Speaking of Tom, does anyone know if he's ok? I haven't seen him around for a while now.
  24. I voted Cassel but I'm pulling for Tuel.
