  1. Would be nice to get to see Michigan/Ohio St after all. There's also Minnesota/Wisconsin who hasn't missed a game since 1906: http://www.winsipedia.com/games/wisconsin/vs/minnesota
  2. Hauschka was spot on in the playoff game. I hope this means more TDs this season.
  3. Personally, and I mentioned this in the unpopular opinion thread, I put 2019 ahead of 2017. I get it, 2017 was the year that broke the drought, but in 2019 the Bills actually won it for themselves instead of relying on another team's miraculous play. You could just tell in 2019 the Bills weren't just a team barely getting in, but one of the actual better teams in the league. As for my favorite non playoff season, I guess I'd say 2014. That defense was legit. Took down Aaron Rodgers in one of his statistically best seasons. Bills even beat NE even if it was in the last week of the season when NE didn't have anything to play for.
  4. No worries, I wasn't saying what I said to come down on you or anything. I was just a little confused. Good on you for admitting your mistake.
  5. Yeah, I was a little confused when I saw the post about him not missing anything the next year. I specifically remember watching the Raiders game where he missed 3 field goals and an extra point before finally winning in OT: https://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/199112080rai.htm
  6. Bledsoe's first win as a Bill. Fittingly, it ends with him throwing the winning TD to Price.
  7. Wide right was a mirage that has always tricked everyone in the world. The reality is the kick was good and the Bills are Super Bowl XXV champions.
  8. Past - The home run throwback loss to the Titans in the playoffs was a legal backwards lateral. It may have been ever so slightly backwards, but it was backwards all the same. Present - 2019 playoff run was more exciting than 2017.
  9. The other day I went in to get coffee and a customer came in without a mask. I noticed he was driving a vehicle with a New Hampshire plate and I realized he must be a Patriots fan.
  10. May depend on who the projected #1 pick is supposed to be but I would usually say the playoffs. Might be worth it this year to get Trevor Lawrence, perhaps it was worth it last year for the Bengals in getting Burrow. In recent memory, I can't think of a player taken #1 who I would give up the playoffs for (some are still young, I know).
  11. Here's a random one that I always enjoyed. In hindsight, it probably wasn't as impressive as it seemed at the time (Culpepper proved to be down right terrible when he didn't have Carter or Moss to throw to). And yes, it was during the drought years. But Miami was a popular pick to make a wildcard run that year while no one was picking Buffalo to do anything. Dolphins were heavy favorites in this game, in Miami, and Buffalo goes into Miami and pretty much out plays them all game. To add on as a cherry on top for me personally, I remember I was in a sports bar as the only Bills fan while there were a few Dolphins fans a few seats down. Had my head held high after that one.
  12. Matthew Stafford anyone? I know he's been a starter for a while now but, despite a few descent runs to the playoffs, I can't say he's ever blown anyone away. Maybe 2020, coming off the spinal injury, will be the year?
  13. Just want to point out that this thread eclipsed the 9 year mark on Saturday. Hoping we can keep this going for another year to hit a decade.
  14. If the season gets cancelled after, say, week 4, and the Bills are the only unbeaten team when it does, should they get a Lombardi trophy?
  15. Guess Blue Jays fans will have to learn the art of jumping through tables.
  16. Admittedly, I haven't been paying as much attention to sports recently due to the fact that sports have, for the most part, been on hold, but I haven't seen the Dak story really crammed down out throats that much. The Washington name change/scandal stuff has been much more prevalent from what I've seen.
  17. Hmmm, you know, twobillsdrive.com field sounds pretty good to me
  18. One of the few active players left in the league who is older than me.
  19. Sabres?? I am not sure if there has been any other instance where two pro sports names were in the same city at the same time other than the St Louis Cardinals in football and baseball until the football team moved to Phoenix. Good idea, I should mention that my post is sarcasm as well.
  20. If indeed there are games this year and we can't go to them or meet in sports bars then I guess DirecTV/NFL Sunday ticket sales will skyrocket.
  21. From what I remember of it, despite the one score margin, Carolina pretty much outplayed Buffalo. The score, something like 9-3, was a little deceptive.
  22. Pats lost this game at the same time Buffalo went into Atlanta and beat the defending NFC champion Falcons. Gave the Bills the lead in the AFC East for the time being. It was a good weekend to be a Bills fan.
