First - these are not Trump's policies - he has no clue - these are policies of a certain sector of the GOP. I have raised public, private, and institutional capital and consult for banks now...What the proponents of this tax bill are saying to the public is....We need to borrow resources and direct them to a sector to spur growth...makes sense.... The problem is the sector (high income, banks, large companies) they are directing the borrowed resources to....already has more resources than they know what to do with...nobody I work with thinks that this will do anything substantive....other than create a bubble circa 2004-2007 via a higher stock market fueling greater household leverage The issue in the economy is not lack of investment capital....its lack of good investment opportunities.... I think most people understand this and thus the low approval rating for the bill and the general sense that maybe...just maybe...this is simply a way for large GOP donors to get a return on their investment The better news is the global economy is on a somewhat stable path right now....and economies left with stable set points...tend to grow...also not a good time to shake that up substantively...

They did not have "power" for 8 years.. AFA your list when the Dem's had two years of a majority - the bulk of their efforts were spent on the ACA, the bail out for the auto and financial industry, and the first stimulus package....you know....rescuing the country from the greatest financial collapse since 1929....

So when confronted with some well thought out bullet points.....you respond with this? i love all the hypocites calling me a hypocrite....projection at its best....you are so lame you likely don' t see yourself doing it. Screamed about deficits under Obama...invented rules to prevent deficit spending....get in office...circumvent rules to deficit spend...

I find it predictable that you say whiny and hissy fit when talking about Shepard Smith....I don't watch a lot of news TV but they showed the segment this morning and I watched it....it was the exact opposite of whiny and hissy (which seems to adequately describe the rights of the views on this issue) - He was measured and calm and laid the whole thing out...perhaps you could watch it and tell me what part was a hissy fit....

This is Classic current GOP Trump progression or response from person in question and the followers: - Didn't do it - Its a conspiracy - Ok,,,.I did something like it...but not like she/they said - You don't have enough evidence to convict me... - I am innocent until proven guilty.... No...someone running for Senate doesn't get a trial...its a campaign...not a court of law....Why doesn't the GOP and the good people of Alabama elect someone of undisputed integrity for one of the highest offices in the land? Someone who - when they got elected...people would say....damn...so glad this guy is here now...he or she can really help us out... Why nominate someone who has been kicked off the bench...twice...What is this person possibly going to add to our national discussion? Is he an expert on Health Care...Taxes....ANY of the issues that our country could do better....?
