This has been on my mind ever since Sunday night and I just have to get it out there. The list of great QBs who never won a Super Bowl. I define “Great” as having consistent success, excelling at the position and not a player who had an up and down career. Jim Kelly Josh Allen Joe Burrow Philip Rivers Tony Romo Dan Marino Donovan McNabb Steve McNair Frank Tarkenton Randall Cunningham Warren Moon Great QBs who only won one superbowl (shows how hard it is) Kurt Warner Steve Young Brett Favre Aaron Rodgers Drew Brees Matt Stafford (Namath, Dawson, Unitas, Stabler, Simms, Doug Williams) - I never really watched film on these guys to see if they were good/great but I can only assume they were. Shows my age QBs who won multiple Superbowls Peyton Manning Patrick Mahomes Troy Aikman Joe Montana Eli Manning Bart Starr Bob Griese Terry Bradshaw Ben Roethlisberger Tom Brady Roger Staubach Which category will Allen fall in? I’ve come to the realization that Allen will not win multiple Superbowls and it won’t be because of Josh Allen but because of the team he plays for. We will never be a dynasty. I say he wins one in 2-3 years from now and that’s it.

One positive of this season ending - I think we found out that Matt Milano was the quiet unsung hero of our defense in years past. He’s probably the 2nd best player on our team. We get him back

Not one negative person on TBD. This is twilight zone level stuff here. The way everyone is talking here is that we know that the Super Bowl is our destiny this year. I can feel it. I thought I felt it the last 4 years but this is different. Everyone is treating this last home game like it’s the Pep-Rally for the next 2 games

I spent 2001-2017 (ages 9-26) rooting for an abysmal Bills team who would always let us down. It was a yearly tradition to see ourselves “In The Hunt” at Christmas time. Year after year I had to watch undeserving fan bases like the Colts, Patriots, Steelers, Giants and Eagles make deep runs. As exciting as football was in my youth, I missed out on the Bills playoff experience. I always heard about the 90’s and Rich Stadium and how it was the ultimate home field advantage. The only time the Bills made the playoffs was when I played Madden. As I played I always imagined in my mind what it would feel like to host a playoff game and who that franchise quarterback would be and what he would look like. Enjoy what we have. We may only ever win 1 Super Bowl in Allen’s career and who knows, it could be Elway-esque. Nothing is guaranteed. We have our ups and downs but I’d take this season over any of those drought seasons. So when you want to complain about the coaches or some other minor problem, just take a moment to reflect on where we came from and appreciate what we have Someday we are going to look back at these years as the Good Old Days.
