  1. 2 outa 3 in your first 2 years and staying completely safe yourself never happens. It certainly is a very unique situation.
  2. Yes! Although firing 2 outa your 3 coordinators within 2 years it a bit concerning. But atleast he’s willing to admit his mistakes.
  3. I agree with alot of your post, however the beauty of the trade is it isn’t up to the player. Lesean McCoy is a good example.
  4. 2nd this year and 3rd next. He wants a new contract and after spending a 1st on Ridley last year you have to imagine they don’t wanna give him close to 20 million a year.
  5. I agree but I would venture to guess there will be atleast 2 QBs chosen ahead of us whether they should be or not. You know how teams fall in love when the pads come off in the spring. The combine somehow makes them forget about what they actually did or didnt do their whole college career.
  6. So all of the pick 6s and turnovers on our own side of the field should count but not total yardage?
  7. So basically he is going to restructure his contract in order to stay here next year. Smart move, I think he realized his market is pretty dry at this point.
  8. Stop kicking field goals when you are losing to NEngland!!! It does not ever work out!! End of story, where is the analytics team!
  9. I agree about those three. And fear not, Julio is coming!
  10. But first they have to ask the host “how’s it going?”
  11. Man he had that team set up noce until Davis jr the Pumpkin Pie Hair Cutted Freak hired gruden. He took the fall for the dummy. Raiders, Browns, and Washington will never be good with those owners. It all starts at the top, this is a perfect example of that.
  12. My biggest takeaway was how hard they all hit and constantly lead with the crown of their helmets. The game has definitely changed and after watching all of that head trauma I think it is for the better.
  13. *Fixed. And it is a Chan Gailey quote meaning fast/quick receiving RB. And I think it is pretty obvious why Allen could use one not over the age of 30.
  14. The young and cheap groundwork has been established. Eventually you also have to become “buyers” to compliment the young and cheap method. Much like the Sabres have got the foundation now and will be “buyers” at this years trade deadline. Eventually when you get close you do what it takes to win now. If you watch the games we are already competing at a high level. We are not years away, we are a year away.
  15. A match made in heaven. He wants a new contract. The Falcons just took Ridley in the 1st round and will probably be rebuilding with a new coach. He will be 30 next year and has shown no signs of slowing down. I actually EXPECT Beane to make a run for him this off season. We have seen he likes to wheel and deal and next year he will have the $ and picks at his disposal. It fills probably our biggest need besides O-line, which is a true #1 reciever. Give him a 3 year 60 million dollar extension and everybody is happy. I don’t know what it would take to get him, maybe a 1st and a 4th or so. Then our 2019 Wr would look something like: 1.Julio Jones 2. Zay Jones 3. Isiah Mckenzie 4. Robert Foster 5. Fill in the blank Get Allen a “waterbug” type running back, a # 1 tight end, 3 more offensive linemen and you have a division winner next year IMO. Oh yeh and a new special teams coach for good measure.
  16. Good guy. He has a real chance at making it. He wasn’t some d3 recruit who is trying to make it make the cut. He is an physically elite top recruited talent from the #1 football program in college football. He didn’t shine in college but that was more due to average qb play and Ridley becoming the favorite target.
  17. Sounds like you guys got taken to the cleaner. “Josh demanded the ticket price be kept low”. Hahaha
