    I do tech support so I talk to a lot of people on the phone and I can tell immediately their proximity to Canada/Great Lakes. People from WI, MN, MI, northern OH, and western NY tend to sound alike. They sound almost Canadian with their pronounciation of the letter o like in phone. They say it like "foe un". And the word about is more like "uh bot"

    Unless the plan is to switch Schobel and Denney to LB, we need to pretty much gut the defense. Which I would support since what we had wasnt working.

    There is no direct connection between then and now. Losing is not a curse or a sickness that you have no control over. That thinking is a horrible self fulfilling prophecy that Buffalo needs to shed immediately. And it will help when the Sabres bring home the Stanley Cup!

    Any GM/coach combo that could turn this franchise around would be considered genuis for it and would get paid. Even if they get us to 9-7, it would be proof of skills and ultimately get the coach/GM more fame and loot.

    I agree. I wont put it past the cryptkeeper to pull a stunt to fill seats. Was listening to the Redskin talking heads down here complaining about Daniel Snyder being a bad owner. When news of Jauron's firing broke they discussed Ralph Wilson being an "old school" bad owner.

    Its hard to get excited about a QB that got crushed twice. But its either him or Tebow.

    Philly made a bad move. Peters is still young, but you don't regain your love for the game after you've lost it this early on. This guy, like my co-workers, works just hard enough not to get fired and no harder. If we dodged one bullet, it was Peters.

    A co-worker told me a coach got fired and that he hoped it was Jim Zorn. I got pissed and thought, "if they fire Zorn before Jauron, I will go postal."
