The throwbacks are cursed. How can you call the 90's uniforms "dated" but then suggest going to the least inventive uniform full time? Throwbacks are pretty much blue and white. At least the current uniforms break up the solids. As long as we don't go to a blue and yellow slug like the Sabres, it will be okay. On second thought, we could use the late 90's Sabres black and red. That would be sweet.

If they did one thing right, it was coming out early and contacting potential candidates early even though we couldn't make them an offer until after the season. This lets all know that they are serious and willing to pony up the dough.

The Clayton story only makes sense if you look at the money side. If its true that Shanahan wants complete control and minimal owner input, then Jerry Jones and Daniel Snyder are automatically ruled out.

I think T.O. has been accepted in Buffalo in a way Dallas, Philly, and S.F. couldn't. I hope he takes that into consideration when we make our feeble offer next year.

He's a QB in a good program. Its hard to tell just how much is him and how much would any other generic QB would do. Like Matt Cassel in NE.

Daunte Culpepper = Mike Vick? Sure, if you gave Vick a devastating knee injury in 2005 that damaged his ACL, PCL and MCL. Personally, I'd like to land the next Jim Kelly but I don't see another in the draft class or that we could afford. And it really pissed me off to see Vince Young single-handedly beat our entire defense on every 3rd down, by taking the snap, pretending to pass and running up field. I'd like some of that. I ask again, where were all the moral, "stand up" I-will-leave-if-we-sign-this-guy fans when: Travis Henry was working on 11 children with 10 women Marshawn Lynch was getting arrested 3 years straight with the most recent for drug and weapons possesion, Willis McGahee had kids with two women within 4 months of each other Dante Whitner arrested for aggravated disorderly conduct and resisting arrest Ko Simpson was charged with hindering police Corey McIntyre was charged with indecent exposure Anthony Hargrove was charged with harassment, resisting arrest, and criminal mischief

Now if only someone was looking out 3 years go we'd know who our QB would be next year
