Gillislee is average to slightly above average... dime a dozen. Let him go. How many UDFA have we seen turn into decent backs? Think about it. RB is one of the few positions that only needs just one guy. TE, QB, RB.... so there is a deeper pool. We all know the problem with finding Good QB's but there are 200 college RB that are available... Also there are cases that WR's & TE's turn into RB. let him go.

I liked Rex when he 1st got here, I bought in... but he is just a bad coach. Then add Rob to the mix, who is even worse. Yuck! Rex's only upside was players loved him. I don't want a coach to be loved. I want him to be respected. Just look at the Patriots, no one loves Hoodie... Honestly, I thought the past two years this team had the talent to go really deep into the playoffs. Maybe even into the big game. He screwed this up so bad that now we are in a mini rebuild. How did he fool every one 2 years ago? ....

Ok I am not for censorship at all... but can we close this thread. Chad Kelly is not coming here. The Bills are trying to prop him up as a favor to Jim Kelly. The Bills are not drafting him....case closed. The pressure on him would be to great and he is a jerk (that is 2 strikes) The Bills want to prop him up so maybe the someone will take him and waste a pick or better yet, bait someone to trade up for him with Bills Pick in the 5th round (strike 3... not coming here)... But really is it clear to me he is going to Cleveland in the 6th.

I often wonder how rich these people really are. They seem to not care about losing $50-$100 million in expired/fired/released and buyouts contracts. Forbes puts their wealth at about $4.2 to $4.3 Billion. I wonder if that is conservative... by a lot. I often wonder if they are really in the $10 billion range. You don't spend money like they do if the pockets are incredibly deep. I realize that a $25 million contract is not a lot of money as a percentage of wealth.. roughly 0.6%... but you don't make billions by wasting money... even such low percentages. I also realize that $25 million is tax deduction because it is an expense.....as is this new field. But still the money they poured into contracts and into this town is insane!!!

Can anyone name a QB that had accuracy issues coming into the draft that actually got fixed in his career? Manual had good tools but inaccurate Losman had good tools but inaccurate Fitzmagic had good tools but inaccurate Edwards had good tools but inaccurate and so on.......

After 17 years of this...I am done guessing in January. Lets see free agency and the draft and OTA's... then maybe I can make a guess about these guys. Are they clowns or saviors?

If other teams can win with their QB on suspension (Pats) or injured (Cowboys) or just playing bad (Packers). Why does Rex get a pass? The buck stops with him.
