  1. Don't worry, he'll be right there salivating for the first loss.
  2. I'll be cheering for the Raiders for the rest of the season especially next week. I think you guys have found a good coach.
  3. Any Given Sunday goes both ways.
  4. It was a previous week. The NFL and the stats bureu went back and changed it. http://www.nfl.com/stats/categorystats?tabSeq=2&statisticCategory=OFFENSIVE_LINE&conference=ALL&role=TM&season=2011&seasonType=REG
  5. They have 2 sacks, Brad Smith has a 'sack'. This group has been downright fantastic though. It's amazing given the way they looked in pre-season and I give a lot of credit to their coaches and Chan for ensuring they are in a position to succeed and not expected to go into areas they won't.
  6. Football is a tough game for tough people. Chan Gailey is tough.
  7. Yes, I can. The receiving corp would look pretty much the same as it did..
  8. I'm not talking about when he runs, but when he tries to buy time in the pocket by avoiding hits. He's asking to have people know what his intentions are..He's not getting a lot of 'late' hits or helmet to helmet hits.
  9. I have to disagree. The call he broke his hand on was definitely border line and it could have been called, but Vick's position is that this is happening on almost every play. Does he possibly not get a call that another QB gets? Yes. Is he willing to stop trying to make plays with his legs on every down? Is he willing to agree to wear flags? 'Mobile' or 'Running' QBs often makes plays when they get hit so you damn well better hit them and hit them hard. You can't have it both ways. He needs to start talking to his O-line instead of the 'refs'
  10. if she's holding a beer and a sandwich she's a 7
  11. uhh...what? Are you implying that Lee Evans is a bad player? I didn't say that. I said he was not versatile. Do you feel Lee Evans is known for going over the middle? Lee Evans had the same coach and QB that the current receivers have.. I'm also confused on how Donald Jones dropped passes come into play here.
  12. not today
  13. One play with Brad Smith was actually counted as a sack
  14. Sounds like a an actual thread posted before this Sunday on this board
  15. I think it was http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2009/12/31/buddy-nix-announced-as-bills-gm/
  16. It's ok, all of our stars come from the 7th round.
  17. How exactly do you do that? It seems like it requires great physical flexibility.
  18. I was going to blast this thread and it's certainly a 'bit much', but there is a deeper point in there. The players who aren't willing to sell themselves out to win are gone. Whitner was willing to talk a big game, but he never followed it up. He played his game, but he never went outside of it. Lee was the same way, great guy, fast and good talent, but could not 'break out' of his game. I think we're seeing 'more complete' players versus guys who do 'one' thing like 'have a great first step' brought in...it's a lot like the what the Patriots do..
  19. I think we should continue to second guess who is widely considered an offensive genius and has the #1 offense in the league.
  20. I'm sure Fitz and Stevie would really like the Bills to stop and go work on Fred's contract instead.
  21. It is a strange call. Don't understand that at all.
  22. Strange that the Bills are in 1st Place! Even if the Jets won, they had the tie breaker.
