I would hope a respected surgeon would not misrepresent the truth about Manning's health. I think it's a stretch to say that the surgeon is "his" people. And who are these people saying his nerves are not regenerating? Because It sure appears the Colt's organization, especially Irsay, would love it if he retired and could not play again. They don't want to cut the guy who made that whole franchise. Then if he goes elsewhere and wins big, how bad will they look then?

What you're saying here is what the franchises who play to win and to be great do. The Bills have other priorities besides winning. The Bills have been a joke for so long because they don't do what it takes to win. Simple. And the man at the top is the person responsible.

I would think any team would have him checked out before signing him and pretty confident he can play again. I don't know why it has to set any team back. he can play for 4-5 more years. I'm sure he will get paid significantly less than the $28 million he was due in March with the Colts. This is a great move for the Fins or the Jets.

whatever the wrong decision is, the Bills will do it. This has been the most disfunctional franchise in the league for years. As long as Ralph is the owner, this team will suck.

I noticed that also. They call a lame illegal contact on the Ravens after Brady throws an INT yet let that obvious penalty go. And reporters will say "you can't blame the refs. You have to be able to overcome the bad calls" Well, I say yes you can blame refs sometimes. Games are so close that bad calls or non calls can decide a game. It's a shame.

The last twelve years tell me the Bills will suck. They only have a chance to get better after RW is gone. No guarantees we will even have the team here then. So I am not very optimistic about the Bills next year. I could get into all the front office and on field reasons why they will suck, but the only consistent in the last twelve years is that the same guy has owned the team. Different front offices, different coaches, different players, same OWNER.
