  1. I like this as well. Bottom-line, we need to add two quality TEs. If we get two this way, great. If we get one FA and one through the draft, that works as well. Not sure there are two to draft, that would be a big roll of the dice, but maybe? We need two, no matter how you get them.
  2. Not sure what he said that is far off? He is not the only one saying these things. I think he just assembled them all into one thread. Anyhow, what I really like is the fact that the Buffalo Bills for the first time in many years are not part of these speculations. What a relief it is.
  3. Yes, would love him. The question is where to/can you get him? Late 2, early 3, I don't think he will last into the 4th. If you really want him, I think you have to pick him in the 2nd.
  4. New England will get him for a few draft picks, after Brady to retires in a few weeks.
  5. Answer: NO! He wasn't a good RT when he was over 300 pounds, not going to be better at 285 or less.
  6. I definitely agree on the "short stuff" issue: they seemed to purposely emphasize that in the last game, and if he can really build confidence in that aspect, it only makes the downfield game more accessible.
  7. I think his play on the field this year confirmed what they said. And this was without the athleticism (running) being thrown in.
  8. Who didn’t major in “women’s studies” in college?
  9. Who didn’t major in “women’s studies” in college?
  10. Or maybe he really likes living in Colorado?
  11. That's my number, or at least the one I put on every internet survey I have to fill out.
  12. Yes, to all you said, would love to have him, but not sure about that high. It appears he is a late rd. 1 or early rd. 2 fit?
  13. If we got a WR and two O-lineman with our first 3 picks, I’d be thrilled. Whatever comes after that is just building depth.
  14. I would be very happy with him, helps both the passing and run game. Best of both.
  15. Agreed, thus two realities we need to face: (1) Getting answers through Free Agency is a low probability-- you are competing with almost everyone and that seller's market makes team overspend. (2) The best approach is to build it through the draft. The Bills have several picks this year, and o-line needs to be the focus with their top 5. I would be happy to see three o-lineman picked with their 1st--3rd round picks.
  16. The parting of ways I could see is if he is traded, possibly on draft day. There is no real financial issues with keeping him.
  17. HIs stats are so poor in the design run game because our o-line is so bad. Allen's natural athleticism takes over in the scrambles, it doesn't go away in the design runs, what happens there is his dependency on good blocking, the Bills don't have that.
  18. Yeah, the only real memorable moment of his time in Buffalo. Seemed like a good teammate, but they have to get better at that position.
  19. Unfortunately for the Ravens, there was no Hue Jackson in Denver .... granted, Elway is not far behind, well, he is exactly one round behind.
  20. I'd like to say Penn, but as his age, I don't think the amount needed to sign him would be worth it. Jackson and Dupree would be great pick-ups.
  21. If my memory is correct, I think he did quite well at the Sr. Bowl and was mentioned as a possible Bills target then. . . . 3rd round seems like a good value for him, potential Day 1 starter.
