Ummmmm you do realize that 20 years brings you back to 1991 and that the Bills were in the superbowl 91-94? You might have a case at 15 years, and 10 absolutely. But not 20.

Overall he did have a great game today. He made Revis look average and that is not a easy thing to do. The celebration penalty was a bush league move but I can forgive that because it is his personality. However there is no way ... NO WAY ... a #1 WR (if you think that is what Johnson is) blows the big plays he did today. Yes the pass in the end zone was behind him and Fitz blew that pass as well, but a #1 WR makes that catch every time in that situation.

Pretty pedestrian performance is my assessment. Had a couple decent runs early in the second half, but otherwise *yawn*. 19 carries for 55 yards (2.9 YPC) Fitz had 34 yards. 3 catches for 15 yards

I also don't think anyone got injured for a change.

Most in one game in his career I believe. He should have had 4 pics instead of TDs. Yes, truly unbelievable. But the missed pics are on the players, not Edwards.

And Sanchez was flat out horrible.

Damn, Sanchise sure tried to give that game to the Bills. Johnson and Fitz refused the offer.

If you had looked at the rest of that web page, say the far right QB rating, you would see Rodgers at 130.7, 9 other guys (#5 was 97), then Fitz at #11 with 87.4. Which actually is better than I would have guessed. But I think that QB rating calculation favors the short game that was successful for the Bills early in the season.

A deep threat without a QB that can deliver it deep is no threat. Simply having a deep threat is not going to make defenses play off the line enough to let Fitz play his short game. They simply are one dimensional.

What if the Bills actually had a season where someone didn't have to post a "what if" thread in November.

Fitz cannot consistently throw accurately deep. That 3/4 sidearm delivery means he has to throw it as hard as he can to get it 15 yards on a line and that makes him inaccurate deep. That's why he throws so many WTF passes. Deep threats are irrelevant with Fitz at QB which I believe is one reason the Bills traded Evans away.

Dude ... the Bills sucked, pure and simple, and in every way possible there was to suck. That's why they lost. Cherry picking stats that make it look closer than it was is meaningless. Go watch the replay of that game and tell me you think that game was close. It's time to move on to "Spiller time" and see what this kid is made of.

Maybe Sexy Rexy expects the game to be over at halftime so he plays Brunel the 2nd half.
