I get it, but it’s an absurd ‘hot take’, IMHO. Taylor isn’t getting any team to the SB. Maybe the 85 Bears. He’s just way too easy to game plan against and when you get deep into the playoffs, the teams left usually have both the players and coaches to completely neutralize a TT.

Adam Schein is a dope. Most of the media are bozos. No idea is the move will work but one thing that was certain was that’s Taylor was way too limited to do anything significant. He is what he is, .500 QB.

This made me laugh but it's true. Taylor loves to get dizzy and throw to Tobert far short of the sticks. i kid i kid... It's really simple for me. The only things we really know for sure are that: 1) Bills are not winning the SuperBowl 2) TT is not the QB of the future for this team, probably gone after this year So the question is, how to the Bills end the playoff skid while still setting themselves up well for the future. Keep playing TT or give Peterman a shot? At this point, I think either is a coin flip to get the Bills in the playoffs. Playing Peterman at least helps the FO and coaching staff know how high of a priority QB is in the draft next year.

I agree. I think what's happening is that once the domino of figuring out how to neutralize TT, falls then the rest of the job for the defense is a piece of cake. Dennison wants to run an offense, but TT runs a lot of sand lot ball. You can't run a West Coast offense when you hold onto the ball for 5 seconds.

I don't see how you can keep Taylor in at this point. I really don't. I know there were a TON of other problems last two weeks, but there isn't many personnel changes you can make at other positions. Anyway, if they move to Peterman now, here's the potential benefits: 1) You get a half season audition to see how urgent a QB is in the draft next year 2) Peterman gets the ball out much more quickly, which can help with the o-line problems 3) If the passing game is more of a threat, it should help the running game. 4) Getting in more of a rhythm is likely to help the rest of the offense, including the receivers, be more involved in the game 5) If the offense improves, the defense is going to be improved because they won't be on the field the entire time On the downside, Peterman could totally blow up and the Bills could get killed, but I think it's time to take that chance. After Miami loses tonight, the Bills are still a game up for the last Wild Card spot, might as well do what they can to get in.

I had an idea...Let's have a "Put your money where your mouth is" wager. Very simple stakes...winners stay, losers leave the board. There's been some weird chatter that the Dolphins are a team about to go on a big run and make the playoffs. If you think that, go on record. If they do in fact make the playoffs, I'll quit the board. If they do not make the playoffs, then you have to quit the board. Any takers? I think there might be some vocal advocates of the Dolphins out there...

NOPE. If the Bills played the Colts and Browns on repeat every week, then yes, no big deal. The NFL is comprised of about 3 good teams and a bunch of average teams, so 5-3 tells me that they are one of the better average teams and have a good chance to continue that throughout the rest of the year. I'd be surprised if they didn't make the playoffs, their only real competition for the 2 spots are the Titans/Jags, Ravens, and maybe a team like SD. Other than that, those other teams won't get there. Do I expect the Bills to win the Super Bowl or even go very far in the playoffs, no. But I do expect them to finish either 9-7 or 10-6 and get a Wild Card birth. Wait, I forgot the Dolphins are going to run the table and win it all. They are a probably the second best team in the league despite their record, next to the Pats of course... *sarcasm*

I see the Bills getting blow out from the start, losing by about 4 TDs, then toward the end of the game the Saints ripping off their unis to show Dolphins uniforms underneath, and Brees ripping off his mask to show Smoking' Jay Cutler. Prediction: Dolphins in Saints uniforms - 41 Bills - 17

These things are all true. But also the offensive line was atrocious! Worst Ive ever seen this group play.

I was going to say today that its funny the Pats do have the bye week the same week as the trade deadline to help them get any acquisitions ready to play. I hate being that guy, but man it sure seems the league helps the rich stay rich. Especially when you throw in all the egregious calls that seem to go their way. Id expect them to make another trade tomorrow.
