Not sure what to think, but I'm glad the Bills only used a 5th on a lottery ticket when a lot of teams this year used more than 1st rounders (chiefs, bears, etc...) for their lottery tickets. Especially when Peterman has as good of a chance to be good as Watson, Mahomes, and Trubs.

Gotta be honest, after Day 1 was LOVING what we did. Not loving all the trading up on Day 2. Just believe that especially when you start getting into round two and three, the more picks the better because each pick is such of a crapshoot. But then again I don't know anything about any of these guys they picked so just gut feeling on this. Who knows right?

This may be just me, but it turns me off when people make statements that can only be an opinion as fact. Not trying to call you out specifically, I think it's a terrible side effect of the twitter age. Making statements of opinion as fact. Like, what you meant to say was, "I believe that McDermott had to sign off on the pick and believe Whaley will be fired after the draft"

These negative reactions blow me away. They really do. KC, despite their record, is not very good. They are average with an average QB, below average offense and above average defense. I think it's entirely realistic they go 8-8 or worse in 2017. They Raiders are better than the chiefs, the Broncos might be better, and the Chargers are ok but probably a little worse. If I were a chiefs fan and I had any hope for 2017, I'd be pissed. Seems to be planning more for the future than trying to win now by paying such a big price for a guy who's not playing in 2017 and not getting much in tha draft that's helping this year.

Ask yourself this, which team will get to a Super Bowl first, the Browns or the Chiefs? IMO it's a no brainer. The Browns for sure. The Chiefs have peaked and won't get past the Pats anyway. The Browns have a ton of young talent and plenty of ammo for a real QB to come in next year as a final piece. Finally, the Bills did something that builds for the future instead of mortgaging and gambling. The browns have gone more all in on that the last few years and it's working. Let's hope Buffalo can get there quicker and with less pain.

If the bills are still losing in 4 years they didn't address QB. And they couldn't do that effectively in round 1 today.

That may be how you do it but it doesn't make any sense in real life. This isn't time value of money. For a team that's competing in 2017, yes, that matters. For a rebuilding team, you could argue that 2018 first round pick might be more valuable.
