So, basically you're saying everything has to work for Taylor to be successful. Great run game, great pass protection, wide open receivers, perfect game plan, and shut down defense. Got it. Or, maybe, here's a wild idea....a QB that can keep defenses honest, hit receivers in tight windows, make quick reads and quick decisions, and hit receivers in stride, maybe that would work too. I don't know. That's just what I see. Like I said, I like TT, but he's just not a very good passer for the NFL game.

Matthews has been an incredibly productive reciever in his career this far. He is big and gets open. Yet he gets about two catches a game this far. TT is just not a good QB.

Taylor is the main problem. Dare I say only big problem. Seems like a hard worker and a super nice guy, and I don't enjoy saying it, but he's just not a good thrower of the football.

We could really use Sammy and his 60 yards receiving this year.

I would happily pay much more than 3 bucks for high quality content. Sadly, the BN does not qualify. I wouldn't pay a single cent for the low quality garbage they put out. Truth be told, there isn't really much quality news to read these days. From the NYT to ESPN to the BN, it's pretty much all either sensationalism, jamming narratives, or tabloid journalism. I happen to believe that we are in just in the middle of a huge disruption in media. It'll get better, especially since most people have recognized what a joke it is. All my humble opinion of course. I think all media would do much better simply reporting news stories, being balanced in their coverage, get rid of opinion journalism, and just get back to their core mission. Most people are smart enough to read an article and form their own opinion on the topic. I also believe most people reject being told how to think or feel, whether overtly or subtly.

I love Luck, but I'd be anxious about giving up much to get him. Maybe our two firsts this year and a second next?

I think the point is.... If you are a GM, would you rather have Vlad Ducasse and Andre Holmes this year or other replacement level guys at OG and WR AND an additional 3rd round pick next year? Also, I don't know how you could say this team never drafts the "right" players since the people responsible for drafts in the past are no longer with the team and it's too early to assess the 2017 draft.

The Panthers are not that great. They are your typical average team in the NFL, kinda like the Bills have been and might be again this year. I'd take the points, but really won't be too surprised if the Bills lose by 10 or win by 10. PS - Holy crap does Brian Blessing look old!!

I really don't understand these writers anymore. It's as if everyone in the media needs to take the position that they need to talk down to the masses. All the articles on the game recap, especially from the Buffalo News, felt the need to remind everyone (in a condescending way), that it was "just the Jets". Um...no kidding. These people are a complete joke and the fact that they are going to charge people to read that garbage is hilarious.

Has anyone ever said Kyle Williams is overrated? If so, it's so rare. He's probably one of the only guys on the Bills the last decade or so that has been totally immune from criticism. But good to nip it in the bud.

There's a lot of people on this board that need to learn more about football. I attribute this to the rise in fantasy and hot takes. Marcell played a good game. I'm sure there are some plays he could have done more, but it appeared to me that his role today was to eat space and shut down the run. The defense did a great job of that today. I know it's just the Jets which is why I wouldn't derive many conclusions either way. But to say Dareus was poor today is very incorrect.
